Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill
Exceptional service and food. The hottest wings are super crazy hot but very tasty. The deep fried pickles were so good and the spicy dip with them, I would buy to be have at home. All the food came out fast and hot. Molly our wicked awesome waitress was perfectly attentive and made great drinks. Service like that makes me want to dine at the Shark Club, the next time I am kid free again.

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for about 10 years, I’ve done it all and seen it all… I’m from Vancouver but here in Calgary visiting family! This experience was 12/10 my server Olivia was kind, efficient and so knowledgeable! We thought our night couldn’t get better until the manager Nicole came over to check on us. So thoughtful, genuine and my god your staff is gorgeous!!! She said she was relatively new and I told her they hire well because she is fantastic and such a good leader, we were watching her run the shift the whole time we were there! Blown away by her good energy. Anyway I called the restaurant wanting to highlight these two staff but I didn’t get through, so here I am on the google review page! I’ll be back just because of how wonderful the staff is.

This place really was terrible.The server was nice but she took along time to do everything. And at some points forgot about us...even though it wasn't busy in there. The place was almost empty.She seemed very inexperienced as well as the bartender. They moved slow and didn't put orders in right away. Instead they stood at their POS system and chatted and honestly looked miserable. They would bring one drink at a time even though my husband and I ordered at the same time and it took so long to get. My husband ordered a beer and it took almost 15 minutes and then i had to wait another 10 for mine....it was obvious they didn't really care about the customers nor seemed motivated at all to be there.And as already mentioned...it was almost empty in the bar. There was maybe 2 other tables (which 2 people at each).We ordered 4 shots and it took almost 25 minutes to get just 2 then had to wait another 15 minutes while the bartender looked up the recipe for the other 2 shots.We ordered 2 bazooka Joe's and 2 crispy crunch....both shots that were on their shooters menu and to be honest.. are very easy to make....and again are featured on their menu. They shots were $9 each! Which is way overpriced for basic shots.....and ones that the bartender didn't even know how to make!Our food was expensive and very small portions. The Appetizers were bland and had little to no flavor. I immediately felt sick after eating and for a few days afterwards.The place is VERY overpriced and the quality is low.I will not be returning and do not recommend people eat there!A waste of money.

Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill
Had the nachos with cheese, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. It was good but didn't stay hot for very long. Good selection of beverages. Menus looked new. Music was at an appropriate level. The upholstery was in great condition - no tears or rips, etc. There was only a handful of customers, understandable given time and day. We wouldn't actively plan to return, but wouldn't cross it off our list either.

We go every Wednesday after office meetings. Sit in Jess’ section and always have a blast! Watch out she has some sass for a good laugh!

Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill
This place is huge from what I expected. Service was fast. Their happy hour runs from 3-6pm/9-close. Lots of daily deals and amazing selection of food. Great place to watch sports too as there are 3 huge screens with several tv’s surrounds the restaurant.

Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill
Wow, what can I say. I’ve been to a LOT of restaurants but I have to say Noa is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The food was amazing as well. I will definitely be back for all of the reasons above.
