I had my furnace, AC & boiler replaced by CozyCastle team with heat pump, furnace, and tankless. I made guys work hard on this project since I used to work in the field as well. I had specific expectations of how the work supposed to be performed. Mahan and Dan were wonderful, the guys did a fantastic job. Not only they handled my pickiness, they were very professional. I got to know Robert when he came to fix our tankless water heater on 2 different issues. I was really impressed with how professional and honest he is. It's like when you find a good and honest car mechanic you save his number and delete all others so you don't call them again. I highly recommend Robert.

This company is amazing. They answered my call on a weekend, helped me with an A/C installation outside of their area and on a very short notice, not to mention their prices are amazing. They were very polite and professional, and although they had a tough job due to the area where the A/C is being pretty tight they did it no problem. Very happy with their service and will definitely be coming back to them in the future if the need arises. Would give even more than 5 stars if it was possible.
