I hired John and Jennifer a few months ago when a professional tenant fraud had rented out my basement and had refused to pay rent. I came to lambe law after being disrupted by my next door neighbor who informed me that they wanted to tear down there little house and build a bigger house on the little property, this wood mean that they wood have to block me from accessing my back yard for a period of six months, this did not sit well with me so I appealed the approval of the city permit.
