The creamiest, silkiest Tonkatsu broth I’ve had in memory. The meat was tender and nicely broiled. And the egg - it was perfection. Perfectly soft, slightly runny yolk that still stayed together. And the chilli oil is just magical and potent

A cute and cozy place with friendly staff and great food. The beef was tender and flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the broth was tasty, although, a touch on the saltier side. I'm looking forward to trying the other things on the menu.

Had the saucy version of the dandan with spice level 2. It was tasty. The noodles were well cooked, egg was jammy, and the sauce had a good kick.The other reviews seem to be complaining about too much salt, but it tasted fine to me. If anything I thought the egg could have had a stronger marinade.Place is clean, staff was nice, price was fine. Good spot for lunch.

Love the food! The broth is wonderful. The service, design of the restaurant, and music are just right. Highly recommend! Cost $20-$30 each.

Wonderful addition to the Halifax Noodle scene. Great flavours. Limited menu, really specializing in some great dishes. The Beef Noodle was my favourite. The bao is excellent!

I think I had a spiritual awakening when I had their pork bun. Seriously, absolutely delicious and incredibly flavourful.Ramen was a bit spicy for my personal tastes, but still super yummy and worth eating even through the runny nose and faint tears. However, staff was very understanding when I brought my concerns forward (and I'll be the first to admit my spice tolerance is essentially nothing).Definitely recommend and will go back!

7/10 ramen. Quick service however there was not many people in the seating area. Seating area is quite small.I always assess the cleanliness of a restaurant by their restrooms. This establishment is 3/10

Had the Tonkotsu ramen and pork bun. Both were delicious. Ramen broth was delicious! Would highly recommend checking it out.

Great noodle restaurant with amazing atmosphere! Food was amazing, I tried the dan dan noodle (and forgot to take a picture) but it was definitely the best one! The cilantro beef was also great and the pork belly shiitake can never go wrong. Great service and super nice staff, would definitely go again!

Ordered Dandan noodles which I liked but I’d say it was a bit too salty.Potstickers were delicious .Pretty disappointed with the three cup chicken though. The quantity was very less for the price. It was mostly rice with a few pieces of chicken which lacked seasoning.
