Have had Chris and his team clean windows at two of my properties. Both times I felt they did a nice job. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to be around.

Chris and his team, Dominic and Jihadji, just finished up cleaning the windows on my house and three of my neighbors. They were professional and did quality work. They were very accommodating and friendly to me and my two year old son, Bennett. Chatting with us while working and enjoying my curious boy. The thing that impressed me most was the friendly, positive nature of the crew. They remembered our names in conversation and again, they were extremely pleasant. Chris’ attention to detail was very nice too. Reminds me of an executive chef at a nice restaurant quality checking each plate before it goes to the table. Great work, fellas, and looking forward to having you come back next Spring!

On time, professional company, great pricing! Chris came out and cleaned all our windows today and I was shocked the difference it made and the quality of work they did. Professional, respectful, and a sense of humor what more could consumer ask for? If I could rate then 6 stars I would! Thank you Twin Pines and Chris!!!!

We switched over to using Twin Pines for our exterior siding/roof and window cleaning this year and couldn’t be happier! They did an excellent job and paid super close attention to detail, which I appreciate. We also had them strip our deck and it looks awesome! Highly recommend and will be calling them back next time.

I had a quote of 180.00 to clean my sidewalk and driveway sight unseen. Then the guy wanted pics so I sent some. The quote went up to 280.00 - they were over an hour late. I had rust on the driveway and they came with no cleaning products. I was asked for toilet bowl cleaner and bleach. They squirted toilet bowl cleaner all over but didn’t brush it out. They left it in streaks/squirt lines. Now I have ugly bleached white marks all over. They caused dirt to fly up all over my door, windows and brick front - never sprayed it off. The side of my steps are painted and they power washed paint off it. They asked for 200.00 and said they would come back and fix it. I read the bad reviews and stopped payment on my check. My driveway looks horrible!!!!!!I asked the owner what time on Friday he was coming to fix it and got no reply. And if they know what they are doing why aren’t they bringing their own cleaning supplies?They also removed a screen on my basement window and ran a hose thru the window to connect to plumbing in the house. They didn’t put the screen back and damaged the trim around the window. They messed around with the shut off valves for my whole house water filtration system - didn’t put them back which caused the hot water to almost shut off when the toilet is flushed. I had to call a plumber to figure it out. Do not hire these jokers.

Chris and his team is very polite and does a great job. They were efficient and cleaned all of the windows in our townhome in less than two hours. They noticed that we had a ripped screen and even offered to repair it - within a week, the new one was installed! Highly recommend.

Chris and his team did a great job cleaning our 2nd floor windows inside and out. Very polite and eager to please the customer. They also cleaned our lanai screens. Great job! Will have them back.

My neighbor mentioned she was going to have her windows cleaned and if I was interested in getting a bid. The bid was immediate and a fair price. He worked with my schedule which was great. Best of all, the job was done very well very professional and very quickly. I would highly recommend the service to anyone seeking clean windows. Chris and his crew from Twin Pines Window Cleaning did an excellent job on the windows at my house. They arrived on time and were very professional. They were a little pricey, but went above and beyond any window cleaner I've ever employed. They are very meticulous and thorough. By mistake they missed a couple of my garage windows, but came back immediately and completed the job when I contacted them to point out the error. I would recommend Twin Pines to everyone.
