Thule Store Vancouver

Amazing store. Came in looking for a backpack and I had the best customer service in a store I have ever experienced. They helped me choose out the most suitable bag for my application and the whole process was friendly and smooth! Really hoping to see more Thule stores popping up across the country. Definitely worth the visit!

The team at Thule in WV was amazing - they got my new rear axel put in so we could do more family adventures with the chariot. Service was super quick and they were as pumped for me as I was for the upgrade . Many thanks

Great customer service! Terence and his team were very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about their products. I watched them install our new roof rack and cargo box - they were quick and efficient! Showed us how every part works and took the time to explain any questions we had.

Amazing service from Thule Vancouver! Went here a few times to ask about their roof boxes, everyone at the store is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me try out different sizes on my car first until I decided to get the Thule Motion XT XL. It was the perfect size for the RAV4! Many thanks to their team!

We were looking to find a bike rack for our new car and are so happy that we came to the Thule store. Deepak, who helped us pick out the right rack for our bikes and an EV was extremely knowledgabe, and Terence who fitted the rack took time to walk me through all the features and how to load / unload the rack in detail. Amazing service overall, thank you!

Great service! The staff is attentive and informative. Terence the store manager even made a special trip across the lower mainland to find a specific lock core (they did not have in store) for my new cargo box, so it would match all my other Thule products. Communications were also clear and timely.

Customer service was the best. I had Terence helping me out through the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. We did a road trip out to Whistler and thought we lost our thru axle and cup mount for the chariot. Terence did an amazing job finding the parts and ensuring I was good to go. I’ll still pop by the Thule store during my trip to check out various items!

I had an great experience with the guys at this location today! Actually, the positive expericence started a few days ago when I called the store and chatted with Terence (the manager). I had been shopping around for the right roof box and he helped the decision making easy! MUCH BETTER service than that store that everyone goes to in Vancouver! (I'll refrain from calling them out directly)On the phone, I expressed to Terence that I wasn't 100% sure yet on the particular roof box (with possible fitment issues), so he said since they had a demo in the showroom we can try it on top of my car first. I stopped by today and the minute Terence and assistant manager Amir put the demo on my car, I was sold on it! Even Sandy was super courteous on the salesfloor! All and all, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend them (and unless you want a non-Thule product... this store over that other place in Vancouver any day of the week!).For reference with Subaru Outback owners (Gen 6, 2020-2024), I went with the Thule Vector Alpine for my Wilderness trim and in my honest opinion, it's the best fit for the Outback! (Please see photos). the liftgate comes up all the way and doesn't touch the box, the slight overhang in the front doesn't effect Subaru's Eyesight". The measurement from ground to top of the box is 6'-9" (but the Wilderness trim is .8" taller to begin with
