I came in and bought a bedroom, laundry and living room set with the wife and my experience couldn’t of been better. Carson took a lot of time with us and showed us all the different possibilities. He asked me pointed questions and showed me the best options to help me maximize my space without going over my budget! I live out of town but delivery was quick and on time! Couch, coffee table and bed look great and comfortable! Definitely recommend!!

Went in buy chairs for my dining room. Carson was extra diligent towards what I wanted. Came to know it was his second day working on the floor and he was fantastic. He was handling other customers while he was making sure I was getting the information I needed. Very professional and efficient person. Good multitasking!.

I placed an order about two days ago and I called in to schedule an early pick up and I was chatting with Carson, which he was amazing through text messages put in the process to pick up my item earlier and it was an easy breezy step-by-step completion. I am grateful that I was able to get his assistant. He was amazing very helpful and understanding. Great customer service and on point with answering questions and adding the things you need. I definitely would go back .again.

We needed to furnish a home from scratch and The Brick in Kanata was one of our stops. The service and knowledge of Mark Redwood helped make the experience smooth and easy. We'll definitely return to see Mark with any future needs.

This is such a horrible store for customer service stay away , I made a purchase for 3600$ to receive a damaged nightstand (bottom board broken, tracks of the drawers and 5 screws sitting in the bottom of the box ) obviously took a fall , called in and had it exchanged (took a week to send the replacement ) . I received the replacement today and got an even more mangled and destroyed nightstand (called them and they offered nothing but to call me back the next day for exchange and delivery date and a 40$ discount ) the supervisor who said his name was MD informed me there was nothing he could do but that for me , this is horrible they only care about you when they are about to make the sale , good look with customer service after that (pictures attached)7 pictures from first delivery with the drawers and tracks , and other 6 pictures from the replacement today which is worse then original damaged item .Stay away from this scam

We first shopped back in 2019 for purchase for all appliances to our new home. We met sales member Mark Redwood who not only was pleasant to deal with but also brought ideas to help further our goals. We were fortunate as the deals were beyond amazing. We now bought another set of appliances for a new home this year and once again Mark Redwood came in the clutch and got us the best deals for all appliances than any other place in Ottawa. Thank you for your help and the Brick is very lucky to have a solid team player.
