D.R. Amos Plumbing

A friend of mines mother who is 76 years old purchased a specific toilet for her husband who was in need of one medically. She paid and did not get what she paid for, she continue to contact Amos plumbing.and they did nothing to help her out and continue to ignore her. I won't not recommend, poor customer service and took advantage of a senior citizen.

My 76 yr old mother paid for a toilet that was suppose to be a specific height for my dad who had Parkinson’s and Dementia. The toilet that my mom bought was suppose to higher then the standard so it would be easier for my dad to use. But this company put in the wrong toilet, and when my mom trying to get ahold of the owner, they ignored her phone calls, and then went on vacation for two weeks with no one to help deal with the situation and these horrible people took advantage of a little old lady and still to this day never got her money back and never got a product that she paid for to help her husband.

Our family has been using Amos Plumbing for years for everything from new bathroom installation, a kitchen renovation, as well any and all plumbing problems. They have been professional, proficient and nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended
