Amazing customer service. Bilal was very understanding and patient. On top of giving me a great offer. He goes above and beyond for his customers which is greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend his shop.

The employee (Khushboo) her attitude towards the job is really bad. No greeting at all and gave me false information that they don’t carry lucky mobile.

Visited this booth on Aug 10th and after waited patiently for almost 45 mins to be served, the employee name Bilal was rude and unhelpful when our turn came up. We politely asked him to explain the phone plans and he said see on my computer screen and check it on your own, you get it what you see here and have no idea about anything else. Can’t believe they treat customers like this! Never visiting again ever.

Go to this place annually to get PC points when it's time for new phones for the wife and I.No issues with any of the staff over the many years going, went in today to get the wife a new phone, dealt with Bilal, he was fantastic, process was super eZ. He went above and beyond what was expected.

Bilal and Sam woooowww, true customer service was rendered at this location. I couldn't believe how nice and well they treated me , i am definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends and family. Especially Bilal he seems like an amazing manger.

It is hard to say enough about the care, consideration, efficiency and courtesy that was provided by the staff (Binal and Pablo - apologies if I have misspelt those names) at RCSS Mobile Shop on Oxford Street when I looked to them for some assistance. I have been bewildered by the technology that is used these days as I did not grow up with it and consequently have kept making mistakes, due to lack of understanding, that have incurred large and unnecessary expenses.These two young gentlemen spent a lot of time with me making sure that they were helping me out of the difficulty and assuring me that I should no longer be making mistakes that cost me a lot of money. (btw I had several times written to Rogers asking for the same advice and receive no reply)While they were attending to me, other clients came into the shop and were treated with the same courtesy and patience and I enjoyed seeing that this is their usual way of interacting with clients.By the time I left I had all I needed to be able to be confident that things were now changed, as well as the invitation to come in again if there was anything I would like assistance with.My guess is that I am not the only one who has commented on the amazing, intelligent and kind service and I wish to commend these two for your attention. In particular, Agent Bilal went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mobile plan and phone with Fido.Not only was Bilal knowledgeable and professional, but he was also incredibly patient with me as I asked countless questions and weighed my options. He really took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the store.Overall, my experience at The Mobile Shop was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new mobile plan or phone. After 25 years with Telus, I decided to head into the Mobile Shop - great sales experience, lots of PC points and Bilal was thorough and informative. He was also training a new employee and I was very impressed with his patience, and thoughtfulness as he explained everything to me and the trainee. I had to compliment him on his approach, as he seemed to be a natural at it! Great phone, great plan, great experience.
