Honda Ile Perrot

I had my oil and filter changed at Honda Ile Perrot and received a commendable service. I appreciate the very short waiting time especially that I was with my little son. Emile was polite, professional and really friendly. The receptionist was kind. The employees greet people with a smile. Overall, Im impressed.

I really enjoyed my experience with my sales person Melissa. I was unfortunately very disappointed in the Finance Manager Jean- Pierre, who did my loan application and quoted me a 7.9% interest rate, then offered me a 6.4% interest rate with Gap Insurance (that the dealership and specifically him gets a good cut of). When I asked him about how he got to the interest rate, he wasn't able to provide me with a clear answer. ~1.5% increase in interest is pretty hefty and it was shady for him to find a convenient rate that was .01% less than my original loan. I ended up getting my correct rate. I looked up this sales strategy and many fiance managers do this; it felt shady to me. I hope this can help any buyers out there that are looking for a car and want to understand the tactics of some F&I managers. In my personal opinion, if you do do business with Honda Ile Perrot, I would recommend working with Melissa Bissonette as your salesperson and NOT working with Jean-Pierre as your Finance Manager.

Id give zero if i could, ive attempted over the course of a month now to book a simple tune up for my honda civic, which i got there. Ive left my name and number every single time (approximately 7-8 calls),but never get a call back or anyone in the auto mechanics department to even answer, they simple do not care about their customers once theyve sold you the vehicle.

Made an appointment to buy a car, went twice she was busy with another customer waited a bit, got a call back message " call me early in the morning il see if I can fit you in . My money was good everywhere but. !! So I bought somewhere else. Very happy. Thank you for ignoring me.

I %100 recommend Honda Ile Perrot. I brought my car for a basic oil change and received amazing service and very little wait time from Emil and the service manager Paul!

Went in for parts following my purchase of a Honda truck from a different Honda dealer due to availability. Ended up being blown away by Paul at service, he went well beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be sticking with this location moving on.

Servicing my vehicle is easy and made even easier through their website for making the appointment.I bought my car, a new Honda, 7 years ago. I have been very happy with it. The purchasing went fine.The workers are are very friendly and courteous. However, I found the employee who does the estimate for a trade in to be very distracted, quick and impersonal.
