Hiring Hannah was the best thing we did in the wedding planning process. If you’re thinking about a wedding planner, no matter how much or little oversight you need, Hannah is the absolute best at what she does.In typically COVID fashion, our wedding planning was constantly evolving over time and Hannah helped up seamlessly navigate the (many) obstacles we faced. From liaising with a new venue who had limited experience with weddings, to advice on rentals/menus/flowers, she helped us create our create our dream day.One of Graceful’s greatest strength is how connected this business is within the wedding community. They are well respected and so very knowledgeable about what’s out there - at every different price point. She helped us hire an A-list of vendors, which really enhanced our planning experience and took away so much of the stress.Honestly, I wish I had the words to truly capture all the qualities Hannah embodies and what she brings to your big day with her services. She is organized, reliable, incredible kindhearted and a true problem solver. Hannah planned our Halifax wedding in June 2023, and she was nothing short of outstanding. Hannah is the absolute best at what she does and was such a joy to work with this past year while planning our wedding.After almost two years engaged during the pandemic, we reached out to Hannah, and within weeks we had the most beautiful venue booked, vendors hired, and she had completely eliminated any and all stress. She made every process of the decision making and wedding planning so easy and her friendly and sweet personality made every moment of planning an absolute joy! She put together an amazing team of vendors that enhanced every aspect of our day. She is so organized and responsive, thought of every little detail, and had the best advice for all aspects of the wedding. She took all the ideas and inspiration I had, and created and executed the most beautiful day for us and our friends and family. Hannah is incredible at what she does and made our day absolute perfection.We were the first to get married at our venue, and with many challenges leading up, she gave us peace of mind and made us even more excited than we already were for the wedding. She was hands-on leading up to our day, answering any questions, finalizing last-minute pieces and having every detail coordinated.On the day, she executed everything we had envisioned and more! Being so close with Hannah and having her involved with our big day was so special. Hannah was with us from the beginning - we originally planned our wedding for May 2020 and had almost all the details ironed out when COVID took us by surprise. Naturally we postponed, and later decided on our smaller ceremony in August on pretty short notice! Every step of the way, Hannah was there with advice and to assure us everything would turn out. Hannah’s amazing taste and eye for the fine details helped us reimagine what our day would look like after needing to change everything from our date, to our venue, to our guest list. She was there to help with site visits, timeline, styling, brainstorming… the list goes on. She was happy to take as much off our plate as we needed, and also to let us take on the things we wanted to and give trusted advice. Her flexible approach really made all the difference!One thing I couldn’t imagine doing without Hannah was selecting vendors. This process was so much easier with her help - not only does she have strong working relationships with so many amazing businesses, but she has a way of knowing exactly who will fit your vision and deliver the best product for your day. I know I can trust her judgement, and having her guidance on these choices definitely relieved a lot of stress.I felt 100% comfortable coming to Hannah with all of my questions. She really allowed us to express ourselves and create a celebration that was unique to us and so, so special. It didn’t matter if all of our choices were conventional or fit the norm. She was always up to customize plans and let our love story shine through. In my opinion, that is exactly what you need in a wedding planner - someone who knows how to make the most authentic celebration for you.Hannah has so much experience planning so many different types of weddings. As a friend, I’ve seen her at work and would trust her to make any celebration perfect for any couple. I’m not in the slightest bit surprised that she worked her magic on us, too!!

Where do we begin with working with Hannah? She is the most professional, hardworking, smart woman who has created such a successful wedding planning business. From day one we knew Hannah was going to be just what we were looking for to satisfy our wedding planning needs.Where my husband and I both work overtime heavy jobs, we decided to bring Hannah on as a full service coordinator for our wedding. From start to finish, Hannah was there for all of our questions/needs, etc. She had the best recommendations and made our lives so easy when it came to getting vendors booked, making decisions on what we wanted and keeping everything on track so we didn’t lose sight of anything. Hannah always had a positive outlook on things and was so calm throughout the entire process. This was truly appreciated by both my husband and I, as well as our families.We can’t forget to mention Zach as well. He made sure my husband felt relaxed on our wedding day and was instrumental in helping Hannah setup our wedding venue! They are truly the dream team - we thank you both so much!

Working with Hannah was the best decision we made. She made our 18-month planning process feel seamless. She dealt with my countess calls and emails, answering quickly and going above and beyond to make everything perfect and to put me at ease.By the time the wedding weekend came, I didn't have to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it. The whole weekend flowed so well. The wedding was everything and more.Thank you, Hannah. Hannah was so incredible to work with. Not only does she have an extremely keen eye when it comes to weddings, but she truly is the sweetest person. She was super responsive to all of our needs and went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of our wedding. When I tell you our timeline was perfectly executed and not a thing out of place, this was because of Hannah and her team. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding and Hannah's calm demeanor put everyone at ease. I can truly say we had the perfect wedding day thanks to Graceful Weddings!
