Awesome service in this place. All the staff are extremely friendly and are comical at times. Knowledge of parts and products are a+ and not trying to be pushy in upselling. The carry all well known and well trusted products like Kabota, Honda, and Husqvarna. They sell Honda outboard motors.

Recently purchased a Kubota excavator from Logan Stevens. The entire process was done professionally and honestly. From the first minute i met with Jason he was honest and sincere and easy to discuss my needs with. I then got to meet John at the service counter assist me with a few items for the new machine. Very straightforward,funny a great asset. It was late in the day when we finally finished the deal and their mechanic ( thank you sir) stayed late just to make sure everything was perfect with the new unit. Highly recommended this place and their staff.

Called to purchase brush cutting blade over phone for my Husqvarna trimmer. Was passing through after hours so wanted to pay and have placed outside. Parts person was rude and would not take a moment to walk to shelf to tell me part number of brush blade in stock to be sure it was one I was after. Even though I asked several times. All he told me is he didn't have it infront of him. I asked if I buy it and it's the wrong one should I just leave it outside and he will refund me? He said if that's what I choose. Very terrible service.

Bought a Traeger from Danielle, she was very knowledgeable about the BBQs. She was great to deal with and very helpful before and during the sale as well as after the sale with tips and tricks to make my Traeger grilling experience that much better. Highly Recommend talking to Danielle on your next anything Traeger purchase.

What a great place to deal with the staff is wonderful. Very knowledgeable of their products and the service is a ten star rating. I purchased a zero turn mower there in June. Randy and Danielle are the two great staff members I delt with. Very informative and helpful. Highly recommended talking to any member on their staff if your in the market for any products they sell. I will be back.

Dealing with Danielle has been excellent, plus some. This young lady is both extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and will do what it takes to make you happy with your purchase. I know there are a number of other places that sell Traeger, but honestly this is the place to shop. Danielle and her fellow workers are the best and you will leave the building happy and excited to get into Traeger smoking.

I had an issue with a Traeger I've owned for years and took it to Logan Stevens to have it looked at. They took care of the problem immediately and had me back grilling the same day. I can't say enough about their customer service. Great service and friendly staff. Danielle was awesome to work with and super friendly. Be sure to ask for her. And I recommend anyone needing Traeger supplies or repairs to call Logan Stevens.
