My contact @Molly Maid, Claire Martin, provided excellent customer service. She was very prompt, helpful and client focused. Cecilia and Karla were great at their cleaning jobs. They had great integrity and professionalism! They were thorough with their work and found $250 cash underneath seating pads on a kitchen chair! They explained what happened and returned the money to us. Thank you, Cecilia and Karla!!

Had Celene and Karen come clean our home for a move out clean, they were very thorough, friendly, and actually had some great other contacts they referred me to that assist with move related tasks. Booked on short notice and they were able to accommodate. Will be using their services again and highly recommend!

Molly Maid has been wonderful. Claire is my liaison and Karen and Celene have completed my cleans every other week for over 2 years now. Claire is always professional and helpful, willing to adjust my service date when I’m unavailable on a one off basis. Karen & Celene confirm the date/time the day before, are always on time, efficient, always pleasant, and responsive to my suggestions. I love that between these three women, Molly Maid keeps my home clean, spotless, and truly welcoming!
