Pet Valu

Amazing guy. I went today planning to buy a $80 medical item. Spoke to the owner who examined the details of the issue I was trying to resolve and insisted I try a different product that cost only 10$. I've been coming here for years because I like his service. I literally drive by two closer Pet Valu's to give him my business. Thank you so much for your kindness and honesty.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. This location has been part of the community for 20+ years. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff. They always say hi to me and we talk. They ask me about my fur babies and how they are doing. The cat that walks around is super sweet and nice.There is one lady who has a beautiful border collie who she brings in. Dog is amazingly feel behaved. The woman has helped me by providing great tips for teeth brushing my cats.The gentleman who I see fairly often there is always great and helps me carry the food and litter. He has a joke or two as well. He even recommended this amazing litter that has helped with the smell.Great shop. Friendly staff. They care and take the time to stand with you to learn your pet. You habits and figure out what works best.Highly recommend this store for this reason.Thank you for being awesome.

The overall experience was bad.. took me 2 trips to return my unopened bag of dog food. On the first trip the cashier was adamant that refund is not possible without a receipt even if you have a store account with them.**2 Stars are for the Cashier on the second trip. I explained everything to her and told about my predicament..she asked few questions about the purchase and did the refund. She was helpful and understanding... else I wouldn't not have given any star to the Pet Valu @495 Main St S, Brampton.

Was just trying to return a almost full bag of dog food and was told it was empty! Was then yelled at and was hung up on by the owner. I have never experienced such ignorance!! My dog is covered in hives and marks. Clearly this person only cares about money and has zero customer service skills. I just weighed the bag and there’s 14.8 pounds in the 22 pound bag. But it’s empty. Will never shop here again. I suggest others do the same!! Now off to buy new dog food from somewhere else!

Terrible customer service. The employee acted as if we were doing her a favour by being there. Hopefully head office will put her into training as to how to communicate with customers

So helpful! My truck had broken down in the middle of a 3 hour move across ontario and i had my cat with me. While my truck was being serviced, the amazing store clerk let me stay in the store, and gave food and water to my cat to hold her over for the long journey. So appreciative for you!

Great service. The worker/owner/amazing person there was very nice and helpful in getting me my sputnik habitat for my rats! I definitely will be back for other items down the road.
