I was looking forward to try this place and drove all the way out. I'm quite disappointed it's not what I expected. The ice melted so fast after a few minutes. You are better off getting a slurpie at 7-11 for what it's worth lol. The 2 stars are for the friendly service.

Service is fine. Ice & ice cream melt super fast so after a few minutes, it's a sloppy mess. Syrup tastes artificial and they only give you one piece of fruit on top, well at least for mine. The ones that rave about it obviously have never tried real fresh fruit shave ice before.

We shared one and it melted so fast, it was all liquid at the end. We also both had tummy issues a few hours after eating their shave ice.

Been going since day one, best shaved ice I've had since Hawaii. Tons of flavours to choose from and so many combinations to make, the ice cream and fresh fruit is just a added bonus

Absolutely amazing service!! And yes, the shaved ice melts quickly, its kind of what ice does??? Doesn't change the fact that it was super delicious and refreshing!! Keep up the amazing work guys!!! Will definitely be back!
