Ordered drinks with Natalie, and she was great!But when I ordered food, the service by the front house manager (don’t remember the name) was the worst I ever experienced.He totally was a big no for Boston Pizza. He literally asked us to wait 10-20 minutes even though the restaurant was 90% empty. He said he has no server to serve.Taste of food was good. At last, He took our order for dessert and a last snack, He just smashed the dessert on the table with no drizzle or syrup. On the top, I got served the dessert first and the last snack later.Regret dining in for $120Even a drive through dinner at any QSR would be better.Higher authorities must see what’s going on in the restaurant.*Sufficient staffing, but just mot trained*

Service was better than the drinks. 4 stars solely because the staff was exceptionally kind to me, even before i decided to actually sit down and become a paying customer that night. They were awesome.

I don't like to leave bad reviews (I hardly place reviews at all), but after the two awful experiences I've had at this location, I think it warrants a 1 star review.Went about 6 months ago, and the service we received was just awful. The host and waitress we had hardly said anything to us, we were sat at a table and forgotten, and it took ages for our waitress to even acknowledge that we were finished. Food was bland, which I get its a chain restaurant, but a little flavour would have been nice... overall felt unwelcome.Decided to give this location another chance. While the service we received was fast and awesome, the food was absolutely horrid. I had the beef antojitos (which by the way look a LOT larger on the menu than you actually get for $15) and while the ends were warm, the insides were freezing cold. Almost like it was not microwaved all the way. My partner got the spaghetti ($24...) and it was also freezing cold. The kitchen reheated it, and it came out tasting like mush.Our waitress was super apologetic and took the cold food off our bill, but this location is clearly not what it used to be.

We’ve been sitting at our table for at least half an hour, and our food (we ordered just 2 plates of food) hasn’t arrived. The service is awfully slow and when we asked the server how much longer it’d take, she said she had no idea and walked away. Now the same server is arguing with another customer and is threatening to call the cops. The pasta is not fully cooked and there is barely any cheese.

Dined in and had a wonderful experience. I tried the new buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and it came out bubbling hot and was really delicious. I really appreciated how many TVs they had with various channels playing - it kept me entertained while dining alone. I’m sure the gigantic TV on one wall of the restaurant is fantastic for viewing popular sports games. Staff were friendly and the service was quick.

Not sure who is running the place but I have never been to a restaurant that was out of so many beer options! They only had 3 beers to offer on tap the 6 others were out of stock. including the cider. The menu says there is more beers not listed on the menu.The server opened the fridge and it was almost empty! Lucky for me they had a blue buck left. The service was spotty, The male server was running around in circles with that frantic look. food was good! not sure if I will return.

Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food. We had a few items come out after everything else,as the kitchen ran out of a couple of things we'd ordered, but our server was apologetic and got everything sorted out right away. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Ordered a salad for pick up. Drove all the way home. Went to eat and realized they didn't give me any salad dressing. Also, it's not the salad I remember. It used to be nice. This one came in a small red rectangular container. It had 4 small slices of chicken on it. No where near a 25 dollar salad. Also the spinach taste bad. Will not order again. Hugely disappointed. Boston Pizza has really gone down hill.

Ordered a plant based burger and was not informed until the rest of my family's food was already done that they were out of plant based burgers. My family's food's sides were all horrible as well. Both fries and cactus cut potatoes came out completely soft and barely warm. The only saving grace of this is how professional the waitresses were while seemingly everything in the kitchen was hitting the fan.
