Shoppers Drug Mart

In a 4 day span- pharmacy assistant says they will fax my doctor for my Synthroid prescription-Different assistant says that script has not been filled because my doctor retired. I ask them to send it to my family physician who is also aware of my condition and dose- the next day I get my wisdom teeth out and have to wait and suffer 5 additional hours without pain medication- I only got the pain meds because my parents paid out of pocket when somehow my records got changed from being born in 2001 to 2010 and having the system cleared as a result.- today I call again to find my doctor still hasn't been faxed for my Synthroid and I'm on my last dose.Something needs to change here

Twice I've been there and the same employee gives me a hard time. I'm not a fan of the customer service.

4/5 times I visit this establishment something goes wrong whether it be the pricing or their inventory or usually their customer service. There are only two registers of which only one is typically open. If someone is buying lottery tickets, exchanging something, or trying to get a price check on something that was priced incorrectly BY THE STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES, then you're waiting in line for 10+ minutes. Pricing is generally the issue at this location. The managers name here is Richard. If your team can't do the basic requirements of their job and price items accurately then at the very least you should compensate the customer by honoring that price. This instance lead to a 10 person line at each register today and a handful of disgruntled customers. The girls working the registers (and I understand they are not managers) just kept hiding behind the it's the policy" phrase. Policy is policy

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife called to confirm we can exchange diaper boxes by size and was told it can be done no issue. So she goes in with our 9 month son and receives nothing but sass and ignorance. The girl at the cash was condescending and rude with her about the fact that she needed a receipt and that they wouldn't do it there, after someone else on the phone assured it was no problem. She told her to try wal mart, as shoppers has stricter policies. Some creatures shouldn't be allowed to work with the general public.

Horrible pharmacy. Had my medicine transferred to this location two days ago. No call to tell me what was going on with my refill. Called to find out, told they need clarification on a med I have been taking and having refilled FOR TWO YEARS. And they sent the request for clarification to a doctor who isn’t even the prescribing doctor, so they obviously aren’t going to answer back. Read the paper work it’s not that hard. Now I’ve been without for two days and will start to have discontinuation symptoms. Basically told, “too bad”. Terrible customer service.

Customer service from the pharmacy is very poor. Required 2 phone calls to get medication delivered 5 days AFTER it was supposed to have been! As a result, a day of the medication that was supposed to be delivered was missed! All this after I went into the pharmacy in the first place to ensure it would be done properly. Staff obviously do not know what is going on.

Some of the people who work in the pharmacy are very moody and rude. I totally understand that they must be super busy and going through a lot right now, but have the decency to give me a second to ask when my prescription will be ready before hurrying me off the phone rudely. There seems to always be issues with the cost of my medication and my families medication which has always been the pharmacies fault. Seriously thinking of moving pharmacies.

Do not trust this place with your health! They can't explain to a young diabetic why their system said her insulin was going to be $40 on the phone then changed it to $210 when there in person. Couldn't explain, just kept repeating that there is no explanation. So now a diabetic had to leave without their lifesaving medication because of the ridiculous cost. Wouldn't try to come up with a solution, just let her walk out. Not good enough! I'll go back to any other drug store because this one is an absolute joke!

had my prescription faxed in from my doctor (because I need to start my new medication in the morning) at 4pm, arrived at 5pm to pick it up, waited until 6pm in the store and was told it most likely wont be ready until next day. Poorly staffed and terrible service. Need to hire more staff. Seriously now looking elsewhere for my prescriptions to be filled.

Haven't been in this location for years.I was in the area and decided to pop in and get a few items and a lottery ticket.Only self checkouts were open.I left my purchases behind at one of the closed cashier stations.If I am not worthy of a cashier at my personal discretion - the store in question has stated its opinion of me as a consumer.
