Some people were very nice and welcoming while others were very rude and ignorant . When I'm going into a place to help me get support for my family , the last thing I need is ignorance and additude .

So far I've seen my worker once, when I was accepted. Haven't been able to get an appointment with ANY worker since. There are legitimate reasons why I need to speak to my worker.

this is a government site, yet it is not updated.visual pictures are wrong, this office is closed and new location is 17150 Yonge Street. It should also inform what the office offers, example; job postings, print capability and others.
