Caledon Hills Resort

I give 5 stars with some reservation. This campground is 99% seasonal.There are only 10 full service sites and a few more than that of hydro and water only. You have to like the constant sound of highway traffic since the full service sites border a busy highway and the roadway to the park maintenance yard. All and all I would spend another vacation here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THAT PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE YOU WILL NEED TO DEAL WITH THE MANIFACTURER.We purchase a brand-new trailer from them last July and they never took responsibility for all the issues we had. It all started the day we took possession of it. The first issue was the spare tire that was attach to it was the wrong size with the wrong rim. The roof start leaking from a speaker withing 1 week of us picking it up from their site. When we contacted the owner was very arrogant and snarky. We requested to communicate through email, to be able to have a paper tail of the issues but he was only responding by voice conversation. He sent out someone to verify the leak after the 30 days that would have allowed us to return the vehicle without any penalty. After he sent out his technician, he informed us that we would need to deal with Keystone since they are the manufacturer. We understand that we received a trailer with manufacturer defective part, but normally the selling dealership should be doing the work. We also got a water crimp line that cause a leak and created a significant amount of mold at the bottom of the cabinet at that point Leisure Time would not pick up our calls and we had to ship the trailer back to Indiana to get it fix because no other dealership would do the repairs for us to enjoy our trailer.

I brought 4 16 year old boys for Labour Day weekend, last kick at the can before school. We all had a blast!! Barb and Rod were absolutely amazing and helpful along with the lifeguards and cleaning crew. We are transient campers, but we will definitely be going back!

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place for a family getaway that was still close to home. Did not give a 5 star rating only because we felt a little too claustrophobic with our neighbors; however, one of them was so entertaining that it made up for it.

All they care about is making a quick buck. So many better places and half the costs. Talked to 20 Campground owners and this one was the only place not willing help out. Over 5500 for 4months of camping. Can rent a 2 bedroom condo for that.

Beautiful camp ground. People are very friendly and a great family place.

Love the people . However, people are dropping like flies. This is definitely not a resort. Activities are only because we plan our own. The owners do not contribute at all. The beautiful lake they advertise, is a small swampy pond. I’ve been here for years, and haven’t seen anyone canoeing. It would take 2 min. from one end to the other. And as for the rest of the advertisement, they really know how to upscale the things that we have to make it sound great, but are falling apart. Just saying…… Make sure you visit before buying.

I stayed here last year for 2 months. I thought it was great. I wanted to book for a week this year and noticed the new name and owners.They have jacked the prices way up. I was charged $1300 for a month last year and in the low season this year, they want $1900! I could see if it was a 50 amp full service site. But it is 30 amp and you have to drive to dump your waste water or pay extra for them to come.The new owners clearly don't want to be the same.

Large inventory of trailers.Good parts store.Location not too quiet for camping I would guess since being on busy hiway.I bought a large unit from them and they were fantastic in going over the whole trailer with me.

Beautiful, quiet, wonderful community and really unique trailer lots. We have a park model on the site and just absolutely adore it. The trout pond is a huge hit for my partner. He’s down there twice a day sometimes !! Hahah big thumbs up.
