-Bought a chest freezee from this company that leaks-They dont follow warranty-Technicians never arrived-manager dont even try to help-bathrooms are filthy-their system is down for a month already and makes me feel like they are just avoiding customersThey are good in selling but no aftercare at all...be careful...

Purchased a fridge May 8th online, picked it up May 15th brought it home, plugged it in the next day and it sounded like a plane taking off. I contacted them and they said they would have someone come out probably next week due to the long weekend. To date no one has contacted us or come out. They told me today that a service guy phoned but there was no answer. We have call display and an answering machine. 5 weeks nothing has happened. I went into the store and the sales person avoided me and skipped out. Why they don’t replace the fridge given 5 weeks and no contact? Customer service is not important I assume

Just purchased a new mattress, box spring, and bed frame. Everything got delivered yesterday and it was a good easy experience except that my new mattress got delivered damaged, there's a sharp metal piece sticking out of the side of it.I called customer care and now I have to wait till monday to find out if exchanging my mattress is going to be approved. I'm hoping there won't be any issues as it was delivered to me damaged.
