Well...all I can say is OMG! Five of us went out to dinner expecting if we were going to a place called the Beef and Brand that there would be beef!!! Think again! We ordered fish and chips, which was average at best. Frozen fries and pre battered fish! The real prize was the two orders of Roasted Quarter Chicken! I can honestly say, I have NEVER had a quarter Chicken so SMALL....there was literally NO THIGH! When we brought it to the attention of the waitress we were told we could take home another quarter Chicken or one free dessert....really? No offer to remove it from the bill? The photo says it all! Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Do not be intimidated with the stairs, one can enter from the back.Food was really good. We ordered burger and fries also beef stir fry. I loved my stirfry, it was loaded. Hubby was totally impressed with the burger.The waiter we had was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The only thing we didn't see on the menu was a beef dip sandwich, something we wanted to try.If in North Bay, I suggest trying this place.

We had a birthday party for my 98 year old Mom on the weekend & couldn't have asked for better service. They set us all up in one area & had no problem with us spreading out a bit with our decorations. I'm sorry that I didn't get the waitress's name but she was awesome. Right on the ball. The food was delicious & very reasonably priced. The portions were extremely generous & none of us left feeling hungry. I'm from out of town so this was all arranged online by Messenger & they were very prompt at getting back to me with all my questions. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience! Thanks to all at Beef n' Brand Bar & Grill. We'll be back!Chris Lewis from Kemptville, ON

Nice and clean restaurant. It is a great highway stop restaurant with delicious menus. Unlike, highway stops on 401 where the only offering are chain restaurants, this is the good local restaurant offering better food.I didn't get a chance to have lunch or dinner there on this trip, but the steak is great! Much better than the Keg or other chain restaurants.

Came here for lunch with my family and I have a lot of dietary restrictions. I looked at the menu online before coming to see if there was anything I can eat. I saw they had tofu, which was great. When I tried to order the stir fry, they didn't have tofu. My only other option was a veggie burger. I asked if it contained egg. I was told it didn't, it was vegan so I ordered it. Then it came served on a brioche bun which is made with eggs... the waitress kindly traded it for a gluten free bun which was nice (and an extra $2 charge), but there seems to be lack knowledge about food sensitivity. The lettuce in my burger was also half gone bad/black, so I ended up picking it out. Our waitress was very nice, however there was a time I did overhear her giving the kitchen workers heck. Overall, It was a nice enough place to enjoy the company of my family, but the quality of food considering the price (almost $25 dollars for a veggie burger, sweet potato fries and water), I wouldn't make an effort to come back here.

Probably the worst type of service we have ever experienced. We came here hoping to have a great dinner with great service, but what we experienced was the complete opposite. This girl named Suzy was not hospitable at all during the time she was serving us. She never smiled, there was a harshness in her tone when she was talking to us, never paid attention to our needs,she was throwing out receipts when we were about to pay, and she was just plain rude. This is not the type of experience we were hoping from a restaurant and I think that this should be addressed accordingly to avoid future similar scenarios.

This is an undiscovered gem. Service is fantastic. Fast attentive and friendly. We had burgers and fries which are made from fresh real beef. Portion size is great and if you want there's a monster burger for a few bucks more. We'll definitely be going back to try out the other items on the menu. Highly recommended.

Excellent meal and service ...they also have special dining events over the holidays...we just had the Turkey dinner... incredible....true 5 star meal
