This was my 4th visit to Falafel Houz in 2 weeks, I had the beef shawarma, the chicken shawarma , the beef and lamb gyro and during my latest visit the Falafel sandwich... I honestly can't say which one I preferred... they where all fantastic!!! From freshness of the ingredients , well seasoned and juicy meats to the welcoming and warm restaurent staff!!! All.of it was great!!! I highly recommend this establishment!!! Best food in Gribsby!!! Cant wait to go back!

A coworker of mine recommended this location. Gyros are one of my favourite foods, so I had to try it! I was not let down! The meat and vegetables are fresh, and you must try their small falafel doughnuts. Everything was delicious. The staff is always warm and welcoming.

I picked up a few chicken and falafel plates for dinner for the first time and they were great. Everything was fresh, good portions, the tomatoes in the salad were nice and chunky. Lots of sauces and dressing. Even the hummus has lots of toppings.The falafel had a nice texture, filled me right up.I will definitely be back, he was a super nice guy!

I don’t understand how this place has such high reviews. I’m a super easy going customer and am usually happy with anything but this place was just terrible. I got a $19 chicken plate so I’m thinking the food is going to be amazing since they charge so much. It was the worst take out I’ve ever had. The rice was hard and bland. The chicken was doused in a thick sauce because it wasn’t seasoned well on the cooker. The fattoush salad was iceberg lettuce, two pieces of cucumber and a bunch of fried pita. The portion was for a hungry child at most. This place is not a respectable establishment. Do better. Lower your prices or make better food!

Still my favourite shawarma place in Southern Ontario and I've tried plenty. Veggies are fresh, sauces aren't too rich tasting, beef has a nice flavour and it's all wrapped up in a tasty flat bread of some kind. Only thing that could make it better would be some REAL hot sauce.

AMAZING FOOD! We ordered the wrap and the gyro which were both really good. The fries were perfectly crispy. The owner was super nice too and gave me and my wife each a free falafel to try as we waited for our food. While we were eating, he even gave us some complementary garlic sauce to try. I would recommend the gyro over the wrap.

I happen be doing some work out this way, I decided to stop here for lunch! So glad I did! Amazing service. The guy was so friendly, it blew me away, secondly, the cleanliness of the kitchen is unlike many! It’s spotless. I had to ask him how long he’s been in business because it looks brand new and you can see the entire open concept kitchen! I had the Gyro Combo, It was really good, The meats shaved a little thinner than most Gyro places, which was a nice change and just makes every bite full Perfect! My friend and I both got the combos gyro And fries with a pop the fries were made to order crispy and he even offered to cover them with a garlic sauce, which I’ve never tried before I must say I will definitely have again! Seriously it’s just nice to have a good experience these days. customer service seems to be going down the toilet, but not at this place. It’s gonna make the second half of my day All smiles! Thanks falafel house I will definitely be back!!

Really great greek-inspired food in Grimsby! Fattoush salad was fresh, falafel was crispy but not dry, and the chicken platter was so tasty. Great prices and friendly service.
