I live up north and had an issue with my dog while visiting my daughter. Banks was able to help me right away (the closest emergency clinic couldn't even see us) They were so pleasant and accommodating, a great relief

The absolute best animal health care facility I've ever used. I drive over an hour to get to Banks Animal Hospital because the care our pets receive there is unprecedented. The doctor and entire staff truly love the animals and are very gentle and entertaining if you're using this as a kennel. I will NOT take any pet anywhere else. Worth the drive to the Beaches in Toronto. Excellent care; correct diagnoses and even a Dr who calls to find out how your animal is doing. WONDERFUL!!!!

Amazing doctors and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.While I was waiting for my pet to come out, I was looking at different cat foods and one of the staff was nice enough to come right up to me and offer their assistance. Nice touch!

This place is great. Staff is very friendly. They took great care of my cat. Dr Pusong is very kind and thoughtful. Plus the building exterior looks great. Very happy so far.

Excellent Service..Knowledgeable Receptionists..Caring Nurturing Staff and a Trustworthy VetinarianDr. Ron Pusong. I feel safe when I take my cat PRINCESS POOKIE" there. I know she will receive the best care possible. I have used Banks Animal Hospital forover 20 years rescuing cats and kittens .. with Banks finding the kittens their forever homes and many throughout the years I chose to call my own.. and I have never been disappointed.Janette O'Hagan"

Excellent. I needed emergency care for my pet last Saturday. The personal care the doctor took to make sure everything went well is priceless. This clinic's customer service is hard to beat. From reception to the staff working that day was helpful and knowledgeable. I will support this small business with a very positive review. Highly recommended.

We have been going to the Banks Animal Hospital for many years, and we have always received excellent care for our dogs. The Dr. will call the next day to see how our pet is doing if he had to have a procedure done. A good place to take your pet.

I used to live in the beaches and Banks was convenient, i now live in north york and make the trek down for the friendly service and staff, caring doctors, fair prices, quick appointments and on schedule. Only downside is that due to covid protocols you cannot go in with your pet and have to wait in the car or coffee shop. Otherwise would definitely recommend!

My 3 month old puppy swallowed my sock and they handled my puppy well by induced vomiting it. But it would have been excellent if they would have allowed parents to stay inside as well.

If I could give thos place a 10 rating I would. Dr. Pusong and his staff are the best of the best. They saved Bullindas life against all odds after very invasive surgery and she made a full recovery. I cannot thank them enough.
