Optionsplus Carpet and Upholstery Care

I have never had a bad experience with Options Plus. They are fast and great at what they do. The charges were clearly defined. No surprises. Thank you for making my carpets and upholstery look like new.

We had Options Plus Carpet & Cleaning out to our home to clean our furniture and carpets. Having a house full of teenage kids hanging out playing video games and eating left our furniture smelling and looking bad. I never thought there would be a hope in cleaning it and considered purchasing a new one. I heard about Options Plus Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and decided to give them a chance. To my amazement, the furnitire/ carpets cleaned up remarkable and the technician was knowledgeable and enjoybale to talk too. Unfortunately becasue it came up so well, my kids are not allowed on the set anymore-lol.I would highly recommend Options Plus Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to anyone that wants to clean their carpets and save them from buying a new ones.

I have used this company twice, once several years ago to do carpets in my home and then again very recently for a property we are selling. The service was excellent both times. Very flexible scheduling. Trustworthy and beautiful clean. The price was also much lower than other companies, some quoting almost double what Options Plus quoted. Will definitely use them again!

I bought a Groupon back in June to have my sofa cleaned ($59). While I was pleased with the results, the extra charges were surprising and quite disappointing. The fine print did not indicate it would be more for an apartment ($20) and an extra $5 per loose cushion on the sofa (I had 4, so another $20). If you are going to have extra fees, they should be indicated to the customer beforehand. I only found out about these extra charges on the day of my appointment. I will not be using OptionsPlus again nor will I be recommending you to anyone.

Very prompt courteous and affordable

I purchased a Groupon Coupon for 3 rooms for $49 from OptionsPlus, I was half expecting there to be a catch... as there always is. I called the office and made my booking with a Craig, he was very helpful and explained what was covered with my Groupon. I wasn't surprised as most of what he told me was listed in the small print on the Groupon site. I needed 5 rooms cleaned and one hall. I was told additional areas would be $35 and the hall would be $25 for a total of $144. That's under $25 a room....I called several other carpet cleaning companies and found this to be a great deal, even with the extra areas. Shane showed up 15 minutes late for my appointment but quickly go set up and walked around my house with me doing what he called a pre inspection. He recommended Sanitation and ScotchGard because I had a dog. I decided to do 3 rooms and the hall at a cost of $120. When he finished cleaning we walked around the house and looked at the job, I was very happy with the service. Shane was very professional he told me if any stains come back give the office a call, they will come back up to 15 days after cleaning to re-service any areas for free.....All in all I was very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received from start to finish. Thank you OptionsPlus, I will be using you again.

I purchased the Groupon for Carpet Cleaning Services (Canadian Tire Home Services) and when I called to set up the date for the service the company advised me to return the Groupon as the deal wasn't as good as the one they offer on their website. I told them that I wanted to use my Groupon so I finally was able to set up the date for the service. Which was an ordeal on it's own.The day of the appointment, the technician was late. I called the company and they said they would call the technician and call me back. They called me back to let me know he was running behind schedule.After waiting, 3.5 hours for the technician to arrive, he finally arrives and says that his boss (Nik & Chris) failed to inform him of the appointment. He had to drive from his home in Esquimalt after he had just arrived home from his previous appointment just up the road.This company has clearly BAD communication and is trying to steer people clear from using the Groupon.The technician, Steve R, did an amazing job though. At least he was a well communicative and professional man. The other unfortunate part was that his van leaked oil on the nice driveway, so now I am left cleaning up after his vehicle.Such a disappointment, shouldn't have had to deal with such an unprofessional company. =(
