Edit: Finally received pricing after two more follow up emails. I hope for future clients this business can provide more prompt responses. Given my experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere with a company who responds promptly to my inquiries and has competitive pricing with free shipping.Very disappointing experience. I reached out to Rose to search out options for ordering a chair. She reached out to me on a Wednesday and I replied fairly soon after asking for quotes on two options so that I could make a decision before the new year and avoid a price hike. I never heard back Wednesday and nothing again on Thursday morning. I called them midday on Thursday to which I was informed by Rose that she had been too busy doing inventory to look into pricing. She said she would get back to me on Friday. Friday morning came and went. I called midday and left a message as well as emailed. No response to either. I then called multiple times between 2-5 pm and no one answered. They are now closed until after the new year. Rose did not follow through with what she had said she would. If she wasn’t able to complete a task, she should have never reached out to inquire if I was interested in making a purchase.I hope others have better experiences and that this small business is able to make amends.
