It was great experience. I have done first aid from other locations couple times earlier but this was definitely best experience. Our instructor Zahra good a great job by explaining each tiny detail and providing hand on training very well. She is expertise in her knowledge.

Give Zahra a raise! She was amazing and gave me all the knowledge and skills I need to know and be able to react in an emergency situation. Very clear, nice and motivating! (After 9 times I took this course, she’s the only instructor to repeat this information without boring me!)

Zahra is a very competent instructor! Gets right to the point, emphasizes the practical application of first aid skills, and teaches in a highly efficient manner. I’d definitely recommend her as far as anything first aid goes.
