Dentist is great but the insurance claim process is confusing.

My manager for work referred me to here as it’s been 11 years since I have been to a dentist.Booked an appointment for my 4 year old daughter & myself. It was as very easy to make the appointment without any hassle, few issues with connecting our insurance but simple fix and surprisingly cheaper than expected which is always a nice surprise!The staff are super friendly and informative, I’ve rescheduled my next appointment already!

I had a bad dentist tell me I needed to go to his other office to have a broken tooth removed and another tooth added to my partial in a week and wanted me to pay now for it. I walked away from the appointment.My fiancée was at a new dentist he found near our home and that dentist was able to see me today.I was so surprised when he said he could save my tooth and proceeded to do so.This Dentist is amazing, he is super friendly, explained everything and made sure I was frozen.Him and the other staff are super friendly, they’re able to get you in pretty quick.We have found our new dentist and couldn’t be happier. I can’t thank them enough. :DApril 6 2023 the dentist I had today is going above and beyond to help me with my mouth. With having so many dental issues that I’ll probably need most if not all the last of my teeth pulled, she’s trying her hardest to do what’s best for my mouth so I don’t lose bone. I feel exceptionally lucky that she’s at this location. No pain, no discomfort ❤️

Love that the dentist/surgeon is honest. Will tell you it will hurt...unlike some of the dentist I previously went to and say it won't hurt a bit.My experience with the nurses/assistants here are nice. Love them the most. Super friendly and caring.The doctors/dentists here are alright. Sometimes a good experience, sometimes bad. Nothing I'd say is terrible though.The issue I have is with the lady at reception. Majority of the time she has an unfriendly attitude (it's not just me, but many others as well have the same experience). If she's in a good mood and she likes you, she'll be nice and friendly. It annoys me when being pushy, and force me to make my next appointment ahead of time. If I say no the first time, it's a no.

Today is my first time to try Dr. Tang.She is very friendly and patient todescribe everything to me.I had tried few Hygienist before,never have friendly, patient, fastand good gesture as ka fu" before.He did awesome job today..As long as

It was my first time visit to Lansdowne Dental Clinic. I had my x-ray, filling and consultation done by Dr Stella Meng. She is skillful and meticulous with my front tooth filling.She took the effort to explained and gave valuable advice on my wisdom tooth. Extremely satisfied with the result.I highly recommend seeking Dr Stella Meng and look forward to my next appointment with her again.

I just had a number of fillings done by Dr. Wise Tang. It was as good of an experience as it could have been. She's incredibly gentle and listened to me when I had concerns. I don't know anything about dentistry, but I think she's probably very good at what she does. The people at the front desk are nice too.

Went to the clinic twice and overall experience was good. Happy with Kafu who helped me clean my teeth. Very patient and gentle. Dr. Wise Tang is also professional and great. Will come here again.

My experience with Dr. Wise Tang has been very pleasant. She is kind and has a warm demeanour. During my first visit, she clearly communicated to me what needs to be done. The clinic is also very clean and has advanced equipment. The staff are nice and friendly.
