Unibody Auto Collision

I finally got around to this review because I kept forgetting to take pictures after hand-washing the car. I visited Unibody in July 2021. For clarity, the pictures inside the garage are before, and the pictures outside are after with the exception of the trunk pic.I scratched and dented the car from driving into a parking garage column in our condo garage. I called a few places for quotes before I got to UniBody. Price-wise, Unibody was in the middle in terms of price when it came to quotes. I decided not to go cheaper than Unibody because I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for. Plus I also did my research on the the type results you can expect if you go really cheap with body work, and that wasn't the type of work I was seeking for my 2020 Mustang EcoBoostI think Unibody did a good job overall. I hand wash my car, so I know every swirl mark and nick on my car. I couldn't find a nick or swirl mark from the work done. So good job on that.The door (not damaged) and the rear quarter panel (where I damaged it) both had to have the ceramic coating removed, then repainted. The door had to be repainted to blend. There was a bit of overspray. I spoke to Sam - who was very professional and knowledgeable with me - and he said to bring the car back for a polish. They were busy in the summer, so I have to follow up with him again.There's a bit of discolouration near where the trunk meets the rear quarter panel (see image). I thought it was tape residue because I had requested Unibody not to wash the car. I don't know paint well enough to guess what could cause that, but it may just need a polishing.Update: I went back to the shop and they corrected the trunk concern mentioned above.

I had my dodge ram fixed by unibody ! Car came back better then new , they pai Ted the box and they matched the color 100% ! Amazing experience , would definitely recommend their work .

Got into a rear end accident which I wasn’t at fault. Unibody took great care of my vehicle and they were able to replace all the damaged parts leaving my car as good as new. They do good work 10/10

I had an accident few years ago and I chose Unibody to fix it. I was satisfied with the mechanical work they did, however the lights of the trunk was not fixed, it never worked since then. The painting was poor quality upfront. After sometime, I could see rust developing on the part they installed and painted while the same part from the factor was in good shape still. Do not be misled by the warranty it was not covering rust in my case and most likely it would not be in yours. Be honest with yourself, can you afford leaving your car at a shop for 1-2 weeks for some repair. If the answer is NO, try to find yourself a better place .

My car went into an accident in April 2022. I took the car to Unibody Auto-Collision. I would like to say a big thanks to the Team of this center and a big Shout-out to Farres. He is the great guy. He helped me throught out the entire process including Claims, rentals and everything. I got my car in September and it looks nice and fresh. It took quite a long time to get the car back because some parts of the Car were back-ordered. But till I was waiting for the car unibody took care of my rental coverage as well. All in all it was great experinece with you guys.Thank you so much for helping out! I totally appreciate the work done by unibody and how you guys handled the situation. I was rear ended on the QEW a few months ago and am from out of town. Unibody supported me in a friendly and professional manner to get off the highway to their shop and then to connect with my insurance company. They kept the shop open late to ensure my safety. My car was returned in GREAT condition and fully vacuumed inside! Fares and Josh were exceptionally helpful in every step of the process. I recommend them highly.
