The food at Pedro's was amazing. The butter garlic mussels were tender and melted in your mouth. The seafood chowder was amazing and loaded with flavor. You must try this place on your way to the Anne of Green Gables museum.

Pedro knows what he’s doing! We happened to find this place on Google on our first night in PEI while travelling - lucky we did. Everything was excellent but we were especially impressed by the white wine/garlic mussels. The sauce was incredible and perfect for soaking up with the bread on the table. We also had the shrimp diavolo, seared scallops, and split a garden salad. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!!! Scallops were huge and cooked to perfection, seared but juicy with the ideal texture. Chowder was chock full of about half a dozen kinds of seafood, rich and satisfying. Even the sauteed vegetables on the side were delicious and perfectly done. Coconut cream pie was very good. Price was good for the quality and portion size. Service was great despite them being super busy - lots of attention to detail. Also the bathroom was spotless. But it's the food I'm going to remember for a long time. Merci, Pedro's!

Incredible food and atmosphere. We ended up coming here for dinner by chance and we were blown away. We had the seafood chowder, mussels, shrimp diavolo and fish and chips. Everything was so flavourful and delicious. All the staff were super friendly and prompt. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, which at first we thought she would be to busy for the atmosphere but the staff were great with her and she loved all of the food. We are only in the area for two days but will definitely be back again while we are here.

Everything about this place is amazing. Met the chef's and thanked them both for 4 amazing meals. They were so good that we ordered them again to enjoy the next day. We are going back to Port Hawkesbury tomorrow and then back to Niagara Falls. We are never going to forget this place. Thank you.

Food was amazing. We randomly stumbled upon this place looking for lunch and we were so impressed. We had the shrimp diavolo pasta and the seared scallops and they were both amazing. They included complementary bruschetta with bread which was delicious. The owner Pedro came by to check on us to make sure we enjoyed everything. The service was great. Would highly recommend and hope to stop by again soon.

Food was worth the drive and price, but the menu needs to be updated. Old prices are still on it. Menu said $20, but it's actually $27.The outside needs renovation, but the food and the atmosphere inside are a hidden treasure.I'm definitely coming back when visiting P.E.I. again.

Stopped in for supper, but had no reservation. However, a table was found for us on a very busy evening. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place. ( your Vancouver Island guests)

Pedro's Island Eatery
This was the best food we had in a long time. Prices don’t reflect the outstanding food quality and preparation. We were taken in and treated like family even though we arrived minutes before they closed. Not enough words to describe the amazing experience. We will definitely be going back!
