Amazing service! Every time I go into this store, all the ladies are very kind and helpful. Especially the store manager, Melissa. She always helps me to find what I need. She’s very professional and very knowledgeable. Anytime I need any throws or bedding, I will definitely be going back here!

Very bad service. My grandparents and I (we are east Indians) went there today for Christmas shopping and asked for help and this one lady was on the phone and said “I’m on the phone with a customer, thanks” and then another lady was there talking to the lady that was on the phone so we asked her for help. We asked if there were any other colours for a blanket and she just pointed to the wall with the coloured blankets and then there were 3 different prices so my grandpa asked for the price and she said “they are right in front of you.” Then she left and started helping a Caucasian person.

The sales person was lovely and super helpful, and we got exactly what we came for. Products look and feel to be excellent quality. Good experience all around!!

One of my favourite stores. Such great quality beddings and sheets. They have the most softest blankets ever. And great prices. And they also have a point system called ‘winks’ which allows you to earn points which you can convert into money.

So I went to the location that is in Highstreet(sadly is closing now) the staff there was so so helpful, kind, and loyal but what happened was that —i needed something from that location highstreet but wasn’t available there so one of the stuff from the high Street location told me to go to Sevenoaks because they had more variety and I could just go there and pick it up and I said OK sure the lady even called in Sevenoaks location saying that a customer will come tomorrow and will pick up two mattress protectors, and one duvet. So when I go to a Sevenoaks location there were two ladies there I believe their names are Susie, and midnight they were not kind they were really disrespectful and they were really rude, now the reason why they weren’t nice—– – so I go to Sevenoaks location to pick up my stuff but first lady seemed really nice like really, really really nice so I was like yeah I ordered two mattress protectors, and one duvet and then the, and her name was midnight who was assisting me she said no you ordered one mattress, protector and one duvet cover but then I’m like there has been a mistake, she didn’t listen to me. She kept on acting really mean and at the end she called the high Street location and then she started to say that the Highstreet location working staff made a mistake when they made a phone call to this location but I’m like no she called in front of me. Then I was like All of that is OK maybe I’m wrong it’s fine just let me have it but she kept on saying no you’re wrong no you’re wrong no you’re wrong and honestly it was really annoying for me then I just shut up took my stuff and left. This is the type of service I or anyone gets at Sevenoaks location and that’s really not OK the administration or whoever in charge of stores needs to take action on this very rude staff, Susie was just favouring midnight and that’s why I did not like any of those ladies there. Please get them fired and I do not recommend going to this location. I don’t know why the high Street location is getting closedThank you.

Rude staff at this location, they are not helpful at all. I have shopped at qe quilts in Guilford mall and west edmonton mall and have had amazing experiences. This location however... I have attempted to shop at twice.... and both times left empty handed because of rude staff. Today I attempted to buy a sale item, when I took it to the cashier they pricing did not match. So I asked her to show me which sheets were the price point listed on the shelf. ( I was not particularly on colour..I was looking for the affordability of the sale price.) The lady seemed very inconvienced by my request, and in the end did not help me find the item I was looking for. My husband was with me and we actually felt like we did something wrong for asking for help.it was not busy and we were the only people in the store..... we left empty handed and will now probably look for something on Amazon instead. We wanted to shop local, and help support employment within the community but these employees made that kind of hard. I doubt we will return to this location.

I got a duvet cover from here. The quality is awesome and I have no complaints. However, the customer service at this location isn’t good. Lots of the employees are quite rude sadly :(

This chain of stores has probably the BEST customer service I've ever recieved. Was treated amazingly by Sylvia . I will always shop at these stores and love that it's a canadian company*********Highly recommend ********

I went to Seven Oaks Mall yesterday to the QE store to purchase some new sheets for a new bed I just purchased and was sooo happy to see they were on sale. I must say that the employee that helped me in the store was very product knowledgeable. (Melissa) I never knew that there were so many different kinds of sheets. Just a big Thank you for all the help.

The worst non service experience I've ever had. The older woman worker stared at me from the second I made contact from her across the hall to when I came in and left. It was super awkward. I intended on buying an entire new set but instead I just felt judged the entire time. She just leaned on the cash desk and didn't serve me as a customer or speak to me at all.Took my business online instead.
