Terrible terrible terrible. Lived here 10 years and only still do cause rent is cheaper. They dont care and arent pet friendly anymore. Will try to get u on anything.

DON'T move in here. They don't care about their tenants, and they only do the bare minimum when it comes to taking care of the property and the units. My toilet overflowed because of plumbing work that was done in an adjoining unit, and I was told that I was responsible for cleaning up the mess. The neighbours are always loud and nothing is ever done about it. The sidewalks are not maintained in the winter, and the lawns don't get mowed unless somebody complains. They don't have a problem taking the rent though. Funny how that happens.
