Seems like a nice guy, but is a complete fraud. Sold me a car that was in an accident tried to cover up. Has the dent repaired to sell and didn’t even match the paint colour. Broken air conditioner that he sent to his mechanic and tied to Fix four times with no success. Turned completely rude very unprofessional. Safe yourself the trouble

Purchased a Hyundai Elantra GT a couple years ago. Have had zero issues except a headlight which was covered and fixed within a couple weeks. All I’ve done is oil changes and the car still runs great except for the drivers side heated seat not working occasionally which isn’t the end of the world. All in all I’m happy with my experience at Karz Karz Karz.

Buying a used car from Robert was a vey positive experience - he was very knowledgeable about his vehicles, he was open and transparent and fair in the negotiation process. He had a good handle on MTO regulations/programs which gave him credibility and helped my comfort level in dealing with him.

I have to say I bought a car here 2 yrs ago and Rob was great. He made the purchase and experience very satisfying for me. He was awesome. I just wanted to write this review because I feel the negativity against him is unwarranted in my experience. But with that being said as I am thinking of purchasing another vehicle from him my only issue is I do agree with the others that the mechanic he uses at 7 stop is a crook and horrible. When I got the car I had to take it back to his mechanic twice for safety issues then the third time I had to go out of pocket with another mechanic because I was sick of his lies and games. I would love to purchase my next vehicle from Rob but would only do so if the safety could be done elsewhere.

Very respectable dealership bought a vehicle a year ago since then have only had minor repairs to deal with as to be expected from a used vehicle Rob was super kind and helpful I returned to Rob in need of winter tires on a budget right before Christmas and I have to say the generosity shown to us directly from Rob was heart warming we will definitely be purchasing from him again in the future.

I normally can not be bothered to write reviews, but this one is too well deserved. If you are looking for a used car, stop, and call Rob now at Karz Karz Karz. This guy is the real deal. I have high expecations, that many people do not meet, but Rob met and actually surpassed my expectations. I purchased a sweet 2007 Jeep Laredo Diesel from him at a fair price. And a week later, when something wasn't quite right, Rob stepped up to the plate and made it right for me. That's integrity right there - a quality that is hard to find these days. What more can you ask for from a used car dealer? He is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. When I need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be returning.

I won't recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. The owner Robert is nice but he sold me a bad vehicle which has oil leak problem from Day 1. I also went to repair the Oil leak once within the warranty period but then also after 2 weeks the same problem persisted and I had to visit another mechanic paying a big bill. Also the lubrico warranty that he sells is useless since lubrico doesn't cover many parts. So for your wellbeing I would suggest to stay out of this dealership. I'm suffering a lot after purchasing a car from him.

Smaller lot, which has its pros. Was not a waste of time visiting this lot. Showed up, owner came out and assisted us right away. Was pleasant to deal with this company after visiting a number of lots. I recommend this dealership to someone who wants a certified, used vehicle for a fair price. If you come prepared with research and understand exactly what you're looking for, that helps. Almost one week into driving my vehicle from this dealer and so far, so good. Owner is professional and friendly. Stay in contact if any concerns come up with your vehicle-warranty is a good protection. Respect, honesty and a polite attitude goes a long way.
