Richard and Many are just great! Great people, great mechanics. Will always explain the issue, will never try to charge you extra. Fair work, fair price. I trust these guys a lot and take my car to them all the way from Toronto.

The disrespectful man at the desk is not a helpful individual. I asked him to show me the engine oil he will be using on my car as he changed the quote he gave me on call, and he did not show it to me and turned me down for solely this reason. Pathetic company, wasted my time with these useless people who can’t treat their customers with enough respect to just show me what your doing to my OWN CAR? Go somewhere else if you love your car!

They are very kind here and will take short notice appointments and even sometimes walk-ins if they aren't busy. They sometimes even take a quick look at something if you are unsure of what's wrong and give you a quick diagnosis with advice on what you should do next. They are upfront with costs and very friendly and honest :)

Giving two stars because i want to that shop to change my car wipers, even though it was changed quickly but i was not satisfied because wipers were not cleaning the water properly. It was leaving some marks on windshield i told the same to machenic but he convinced me that it is going to be fine but it is not good yet. They should listen the customer first..

My family and I have been taking our cars to Richard and Manny for over 20 years! We have been following them from their previous locations as they are the only mechanics we trust in the GTA. They are extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and fast! I recently had to take my car to a shop in London where i was staying for the week when my car broke down. Unfortunately that shop couldn’t diagnose the issue and kept giving me the run around. I eventually had it towed to RTS Automotive and they managed to diagnose the problem within a couple hours and explained in depth what was wrong with it! Thank you for everything you do!

The owner is extremely honest and friendly. They know how to fix your car, doesn’t matter it is a BMW or a Toyota. Excellent and quick service. Strongly recommended.

I moved from back from Alberta and I didn't have a go to Mechanic. And to me finding a good auto mechanic is like locating a unicorn. I did my research and decided on RTS Automotive. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff were very friendly and upfront and the service was excellent.

I had a flat tire that needed repair today - a friday afternoon at 3:00 PM (and they close at 5 PM). And there is a complication as I have this anti-theft nut on the wheels but the key is nowhere to be found. We could not put the spare tire on. I called RTS and they said to bring it in anyway. CAA towed my car there and we arrived around 4:00 PM. They worked on my tire pretty much right away and I am back on the road again before 5:00 PM. I am bringing my car in to replace the special nuts next week. Manny said we will settle the account then and did not even charge me for his service today. Both myself and my husband have used RTS before and service has always been excellent. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE customer service. Absolutely terrible experience. Came to get an oil change and was recommended to get a couple bulbs changed and I agreed. Was talking to one of the guys and looking at the final bill i had some questions about the price and why it was what it was, and from inside the office i hear Richard yell out “your’re lucky” i said excuse me..? He the proceeded to tell me that i was accusing him and swearing and telling me to go do it myself next time. This guy has a horrible attitude and no customer should have to hear anything like that from a business. Take your business elsewhere because these guys 100000% dont deserve it!
