I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from here. The sales rep Mohamed took care of everything for me. They delivered the car with everything they promised fixed. They went above and beyond fixing things not covered under the safety inspection.They're also a detailing shop and their work showed when I got my car. It was cleaned quite well, especially the engine and interior which can be a nuisance to clean as an owner.I was also impressed with the vehicles Assurance Auto Sales had for sale. Their stock is in good shape and clean, much better than what I saw at other dealers when shopping.

We purchased a 2016 Audi A4 from Assurance just recently. We had done some shopping and found them through a Car Guru's search. They had the best pricing for similar vehicles we looked at and it included the Safety. We found Motaz to be very easy to deal with and very understanding. We had to wait for our bank a little longer than normal however Motaz was great through the whole process. My wife was uncertain of even getting a newer vehicle although she needed it but now that she has it she is extremely happy and loves her A4...We will definitely return in the future when its time for me to get a new car...

Purchased an Audi Q5 from Assurance Auto Sales in Burlington and dealt with Motaz. This was a great experience from beginning to end. There were a couple of things I'd asked Motaz to do on the car which he had no issues accommodating - no wonder Assurance has the Auto Trader sales award a couple years in a row. Q5 had new brakes and tires all the way around, was detailed in and out - looked amazing when we picked it up.Thanks for the great service Motaz, very professional !We will be in the market for another one soon and will be calling!

Motaz sold us an Audi Q5; a good car with two issues our mechanic found that he was supposed to get fixed for it to pass safety. When we finally went to pick up the car (3 days after we were supposed to initially) he had a safety certificate and said the issues were fixed. We had a bad feeling due to catching him in a couple of lies earlier and insisted he calls the mechanic while we were there to confirm the fixes were done... The mechanic had no idea what Motaz was talking about; he had never fixed anything on the Audi. We now have to wait 1-2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Motaz lied to our faces and over the phone. We will never be going back to his dealership and highly recommend that anyone reading this stays away. It's true what they say to not trust a used car salesman.
