I worked with MCRL this year to design and print my organization's yearly planner. I inherited this project from a departed colleague and had no idea what I was doing in terms of project management. MCRL, especially Carol and Jamie, made the process so easy for me. They were responsive, answered all my questions promptly, guided me through the process, and made sure we got our product produced with great quality and delivered on time. I can't recommend MCRL enough!

I have been working with MCRL Overseas Group for the past year on the production and shipment of the Peak Performance Planner. I recently ordered a second printing of 1500 hardcover copies of my graphic novel ON BEING YUKIKO from MCRL. I decided not to reprint with my original Canadian printer because of some printing issues they had made. Therefore, I knew I had to find a new printer for this second run of books. When I learned about MCRL, I was excited to work with them and I liked that they are based in Canada since transactions can be in Canadian funds. After receiving a few quotes from other printers, MCRL came in over 25% cheaper overall. As well, the team at MCRL were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process from file delivery to shipping. The quality of the books are fantastic and are even better quality than the first printing. Rich colours and really well trimmed and bound. They even offer FSC paper stock. Overall, a wonderful experience working with the team at MCRL and I would definitely not hesitate to work with them again for future printings and books!

There is a lot of kindness there, yet also efficiency - no nonsense, no wasted communications, yet never a moment when you don't feel you are in good hands. When I needed to know specifics about textures and colors and such, the answers I got were accurate. I could not believe how much it exceeded what I would have expected even in the best case scenario. There's really nowhere else to go because I can't imagine anyone else getting such exquisite results on the given budget. I have not even one tiny complaint or wish for things to have gone differently, because the experience was pretty much ideal.

I've been so happy with my experience with everyone at MCRL. Josh worked with me to get my products exactly the way I wanted and answered all my questions. We must have exchanged 100 emails! He even invited me to the warehouse to see all their samples. The production was fast and shipping was easy too. Jamie made sure my books got to me safely and followed up after delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. The quality is absolutely amazing too. I got samples from dozens of other printers (some local) and MCRL was by far the best. Not even comparable in most cases. Lastly, their commitment to creating environmentally conscious products sold me. My journals are not only beautiful but eco-friendly. I can't wait to order more!
