This review is long overdue. I have been working with Abe for about 20 years. Most of those where with his previous employer. A major appliance store in Glenview with 3 letters. He was always the guy who would go the extra mile and could create the most amazing systems no matter the budget. Abe helped me on many projects over the years but the only issue was as the years went on that company grew and grew and grew. I would occasionally need something repaired and it would take 2-3 weeks until the system would be back to working. I started feeling like a number and when Abe left it was even worse. Then Abe started Omnia.About 2 year ago I bought a home in Chicago originally built in the 1870’s. It is one of the few if not only pre fire homes that remains in my neighborhood. I knew this was going to be my home forever and I knew I could only trust one person with my vision for it. I purchased the home on a Wednesday and Abe and the Omnia team were in on Monday surgically opening walls to start pulling cable. Abe, John and Ryan spent days carefully running all the wiring and getting the prework done for what has turned out to be the best system I have ever owned. They worked super efficiently and most impressive cleanly. Every area was cleaner when they left each day then when they arrived. And today the rack is the most clean and organized I have seen in all my years having custom systems in my family, friends and my own homes.Omnia installed a full home control 4 automation system. This included 7 TVs, 21 zones of audio, 6 touch panels, 7 Neeo Remotes and 2 door stations. They also supplied and programmed switches, dimmers and keypads to convert our entire homes lighting system into a smart Control 4 lighting system. They installed a multi camera luma survailence system. And they connected my alarm system, door locks, Ecobee thermostats and even garage doors into the system. All of this is on a network backbone designed and installed by them including multiple switches and WAPs both indoors and out. The system Omnia designed and the safe guards they thought through are like nothing I have ever seen. Omnia asked for a bunch of equipment I hadn’t used before. Mostly Watt Boxes and all parts with OVRC installed. They assured me it would pay for itself. They were right. Any issues I have had they were able to remote into my system, diagnose and correct within 24hrs of my reaching out. Same goes for the programming requests I have had as we have figured out how we live in our house. Vastly more responsive than any other AV company I have worked with. Furthermore there hasn’t been a few months that have gone by that I haven’t received a call or email from Omnia informing me of updates to the system or security patches they recommend and coordintating a time they can remotely push them to my system. Again a service not seen in my experience with other vendors. Outside of equipment updates Omnia has not had to be on site once to maintain my system.I honestly won’t recommend any other company if someone has AV needs. Omnia has earned my business and my loyalty for life. I honestly enjoyed it so much I am looking at other projects to work with them on!If you or anyone you know are wanting a rock solid system installed well, maintained and serviced by people who care then you’re fooling yourself if you think you will be better off going with another company.

Abe and his team were fantastic - from initial contact, to excellent communication prior to the start of the job, all the way through to post-implementation support. From the start when I reached out about having Omnia implement my home networking and security needs - they were quick to respond, very thorough in their explanation on what services they could perform, and extremely reasonable pricing for the quality of the work. It was clear that they care about building relationships through excellent customer service and fair pricing - unlike other companies that may be looking to turn a fast buck.Their knowledge and passion for all things networking, audio, visual, and home automation is clear - these are folks that clearly know their stuff. Regardless if your job is on the smaller end, or for large scale implementation - I would not hesitate to contact Omnia Integration. They have certainly created a customer for life and I will be looking to them again soon for my A/V upgrade needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Omnia!Based upon some google searching and their website, I cold-called looking for a very specific video-doorbell solution for a multi-unit building as well as security cameras. Abe helped with everything in the most patient, knowledgeable and professional manner. They research this product, spoke to the manufacturer to confirm that it would be compatible with our property, installed it perfectly and have helped make sure it has run smoothly ever since. Vintage buildings can be tough to retro fit with modern technology.Omnia Integration made the process seamless. Wifi, Sonos, TV install... everything works perfectly.

Moving into the 21st century with your media needs can be a daunting experience but with Omnia Integration my experience with Abe has been as easy as possible. We now have a remote that meets our every need and no longer have to work through three separate remotes. And even more important the a/v equipment Abe provide us with is excellent from the most up to date video monitor as well as all the proper electronic and digital equipment that makes our system up do date.
