My go to UPS store if I’m not going to the airport one. The guy’s working here are so kind, courteous and efficient. I used to have a mailbox here years ago which was convenient but no need now.

Horrible customer service at this location. I just called to ask about a package status, and the girl that answered was very rude and did not want to offer me further information when I asked. She made me feel bad for needing help with my package and in the end, I got no information. Great customer service, lady!Update: Went in person the next day after sorting things out over the phone with a service rep. Recognized the voice of the girl that helped" me. Her persona and in-person service matched her telephone service. Very rude and grumpy when dealing with people and sighed several times. Explaining simple things was a burden to her. Her tag says "in training"... think an attitude adjustment or career change is in order here. Hopefully the manager actually recognizes this and deals with it."

George is great! Highly recommend this store! UPS does a fantastic job from their franchise owners to their hard working couriers!

Absolutely the worst service. Single attempt to deliver then force you to drive across town to pickup. Do not use this service. Staff grouchy and slow.

I've used this location 3-5 times a month for business for nearly a decade now and George and Mohammed do a fantastic job running the store. I've seen them busy, I've seen them tired and everytime they still get the job done with professionalism and courtesy. For my business needs i have the option and need to use UPS & FedEx regularly and because of what's available at this location and the care they pack my shipments with in addition to small things like adding identification markings in sharpie on my boxes make this location the main factor i use UPS over FedEx for the day to day things I require.

George is absolutely amazing. I got married on May 26 2023, I needed Thank you cards, name place cards, wedding invitations, pictures for my shower as well. Everything turned out amazing and just beautiful. The designs were exactly what I wanted with high quality printing. I live in south Calgary and would most definitely go back to George due to the service and project quality. Will be coming back to print photos of our wedding and wedding cards. Thank-you so much George for making everything and more as it was one less thing for me to stress about.

I came with good attitude and smelling face in the morning. The lady has name tape is in training. Maybe she is not in the good mood in early morning. She has really bad service attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional to me. She was mad because she couldn’t find my packages. She got mad because I reminded her about it. I really felt she hates her job.

I just started my business earlier this year and had to ship couple packages a month. I tried 4 UPS locations near my home and office and this UPS location offers the absolutely best services. Even though it costs me extra 10 mins to get here. I think it is well worth it.And stay away from the beddington locations. Worst of the worst.

I feel fortunate to have found this UPS store for my shipping needs. The customer service and lines at the Shoppers/Canada Post were getting too much for me to keep accepting. It just so happens that every time I have been there, it is Scott who serves me. He is very polite, patient and professional while he is being very helpful. He should be recognized and commended for his great attitude and professional skills. Every time I walk in there, I am hoping that he would be the one at the counter. I am an older retired senior and appreciate what he does very much. I have been less than impressed with the regular interactions I have had with the UPS drivers, as well as at the main Aero Drive location. This location (Store # 264, Country Hills Town Centre), is the best, specially with staff like Scott there. He really understands the meaning of 'customer service'.Thanks ScottKeep up the great job!Sam

Actually brought in one of my parcels in without a label - forgot to print…George called me and I emailed it to him because I was at work and sorted it out for me! 5 STAR SERVICE!!
