Robinson was excellent, you need more representatives like him. He was the only one behind the counter, he was multitasking and never missing a beat . IMPRESSIVE! He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, great sense of humour, took the time to explain and answer questions. Robinson is a great asset to this store, and should be an example to fellow representatives.

Zach helped me upgrade my phone this afternoon. A very positive experience! He was professional and worked efficiently. Zach was knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend the Bell store on Dundas Street East in London, Ontario.

Great experience all around, associate was a great help and put me into a device and plan that works better for me. Only downside is that I didn’t realize until after I left that I got charged $75 for an otter box that was on the shelf for $49.99. I didn’t notice until well after I left and I’m sure it was just a mistake but overall great experience and the associate (can’t remember his name - Mark maybe) was a rockstar!

I popped into this location to get my number changed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Robinson took the time to answer all my questions, and I was out the door in no time. I will return to this mobility location in the future and highly recommend them.

Came in for two Hardware Upgrades today. Zach was fantastic, the store was busier than normal for a Sunday but Zach handled it perfectly. I am a former Manager with Bell and The Source so unfortunately I stopped Zach in his tracks a few times with his pitches but as a former Manger, Zach's transitions between products and services were top notch. He kept the conversation flowing in the Bell direction and fully understood our services and where he could pitch. As I said, I unfortunately knew they were coming and politely declined but was super impressed with Zach during the my whole guest experience. A very well earned 5 stars and maybe some reward points? (If that's still a thing)

My fiancée and I went in to the bell store at 1920 Dundas Street, London, ON. We had Robinson serve us and need I mention- it was the BEST service we’ve had in London this far. He was very helpful, patient and informative. We definitely recommend him..

We had the absolute pleasure working with Cameron today. This employee is an absolute star! His patience and friendliness are above and beyond. His customer service was extremely helpful.
