I would go with 0 stars if that was an option. I had 2 packages through Amazon that was supposed to be delivered using Dynamex/TForce. The one package was delivered as expected. The delivery driver put the package in the mailbox, knocked on the window and walked away. About 20 minutes later I checked to see where my other package was, it stated that they had attempted to deliver at 3:42 and again at 4:01. I checked my cameras, and sure enough the delivery driver walks to my mailbox where he places the package, takes a picture of the package in the mailbox, knocks on window and walks away. This was for package #1, where is package #2 that they apparently attempted to deliver. No one came to either door, there was NO ATTEMPT. Calling customer service was a joke, telling me they will deliver tomorrow before 9pm. I've sat at home all day today waiting for my package so it won't go missing. I've asked to provide the manager the video showing no attempt at 3:42 and no return at all for a second attempt. This fell on deaf ears. This company should not be used as a currier service since they can not be trusted!

This is by far the worst shipping experience I have ever had. It has been 2.5 weeks and they still have no idea when I will receive my package which they have been holding in their warehouse 8 blocks from my shipping address, since November 28th. I called today, December 15th, and they still have no answers for me even though I have contacted them multiple times and Amazon has contacted them multiple times. Worst shipping company on the planet. Will never deal with them again.

The package was out for delivery for 4 hours before disappearing with a vague update of unexcepted delay. I do not get info on where my package currently is making me feel it is now lost. No contact nu.bers of theirs worked. Emailed twice, I now believe they stole or lost it as I've gotten no update for 16 hours. See why they are the worst rated in our city and will relay that to Amazon.

I really wish I could give them 0 stars, or negative stars. This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. They were to deliver an item to my office from Amazon. It's a gift for my son. All they had to do was to pick it up at the Amazon facility here in Winnipeg and deliver to my office. The first day, they lost it, the second day, they tried to deliver it to my office at 6:45 in the evening... an hour and a half after the office was closed when they were told that the building closes at 5. I am not going to be working at my office today and asked if they can re-direct it to my home. At first they wanted me to cancel the order and re-order it from Amazon. The gift is here... in Winnipeg, and they can't figure out how to deliver it. They now say they may be able to deliver it to my home, but they need an additional 24 hours to sort it out, and redirect to my home. The person that Amazon and I talked to on the phone last night was horribly rude and did not seem to understand what we were talking about.Just the worst service and worst customer service I have ever encountered in a delivery company. DO NOT use them to deliver your packages if it is at all avoidable. I strongly suggest that Amazon discontinues using them as well.

Poor organization and customer service. Expected my package 3 days ago, the driver told me he could not come inside my apartment building to leave it at the door. After telling him I’m a nurse and was at work he paused like he just expected me to appear at the door out of nowhere. I called the 800 number for the company and was told it would be sent the next day. It wasn’t. The following day I see “delivery attempted” on the tracking but I did not receive any phone calls or buzzes at the door. Now today the driver calls from a personal phone number and does not attempt to buzz into my building. Again this is counted as an attempted delivery. They will not allow me to pick up the package. All of the other delivery companies are able to figure this out, why can’t this one? Calling the 800 number does not help.

I have ordered many packages from Amazon seems as though on the weekends they use this carrier. I get notice that they tried to deliver but haven't left a note or try calling/msging me. I'm home all day on the weekends an no one has attempted to deliver, I agree with the previous comment Amazon should get rid of this carrier, not happy that I have to wait an extra 2 days when I payed for same day or two day shipping.

I ordered a package and they delivered it to a different house.... I talked to the customer service rep. He was very helpful in tracking it down and trying his best to get the package to me..... to be continued.

Never attempted to deliver my package, it showed up at there facility and next day it said returned to sender. Extremely infuriating.

Absolutely the worst delivery company, drivers either lying or not able to use a simple intercom system. Text notification system not working. Special instruction after 2 failed attempts ignored.

Horrible. Says they tried to deliver when we were open and they didn't. Call their system to track a package and the phone system hangs up on you. What is Amazon doing using these guys?Waiting for your deliveries and you have my name so can track what you have. We are open.Waiting to hear back from you. How about you deliver my package that you said you attempted to on Saturday. You realize I have cameras all around my building and know you didn't. Easy for me to show to amazon when I complain about not receiving my package that was promised to me saturday.Again, package they tried to deliver last night, yet ALL DAY they can't come back with the one they missed. You guys really are horrible and we should all complain to Amazon about this as if they can't do the job right, then they will lose the Amazon contract which would be major.
