It took 2 weeks to receive my order and then when it came it was the wrong shampoo. I let them know about it via messenger and by emailing the rep but never got an answer....So far very disapointed

Excellent service! Visited the store on a Sunday and was treated so well. The woman who assisted me was patient and not at all an aggressive sales-person (which I find to be the case at many other beauty supply stores). Great hours and unbeatable selection for nail products, brands and systems. Would highly recommend!

Quoted $190 for shipping. In the end paid $700 minus a courtesy fee of $290 for their miscalculation (which by the way they quote never never do". Waited quite a long time for items. One shelf came and had missing glass pieces. Twice they reshipped the glass and proper hardware which still didn't fit the shelf. This company lacks in communication and sympathy for their customers. I was extremly patient with them for months. Will absolutely NEVER deal with them again.You will not be receiving my business in the future."

The owner was amazing! Helped us through and through, unwanted a new smock and they didn't have my size they are going to order it for me no problem! Helped us find all the colours of the dip powders , cause apparently I can't see what's in front of my face haha. They are VERY knowledgeable in esthetics as well as there products, unlike some other beauty supply stores. They have a big store room and alot of equipment in supply, as well as so many brands, I felt like a kid inna candy store!..my new favorite place to get my supplies❤️ definitely recommend you go take a look, you will not waste your time or money!!

The staff were extremely friendly and even offered to stay open late for a pick up order. Would highly recommend this place! Worth driving across the city for. :)
