I was very pleased with Mike’s service. He responded quickly to my request for help. He removed the moles quickly and effectively. The traps were buried deep and didn’t pose any safety concerns for my dog. I would highly recommend him!

We live in Port Coquitlam which is a bit of a drive for ARG Mole Removal. Having said that Mike was super open with me about his travel and what I could expect from his business. Our yard is not huge but it felt like I had more mole hills than blades of grass. Mike's first trip out he stated I very seldom see this amount of damage." I am a picky person, I selected ARG after examining providers in Vancouver west side and I can say Mike is Da Best!He approaches the mole issues fundamentally with an engineering instinct. He performs the job holistically and tackles the issue not just doing some activity out of show-up. He put time and efforts required to eliminate mole infestations and he has the knowledge and experience needed for that.We started out project in this summer, 2022 with Mike's professional process, proper respectful communication with a humor bonus and clear documentation and explanations I am fully happy with the service and received what I paid for. I take great pride in my lawn. for approximately thirty years moles have enjoyed my lawn to a some degree. Last spring this changed. My entire front lawn was a maze of raised mole tunnels. My neighbor hired three different companies, with no success. ARG was recommended to me by my landscaper. Mike caught two moles almost immediately and dispatched three more later. I was told that Mike was different from the rest. That was an understatement. Mike studied the rodent and developed a through understanding. He is amazing to watch and talk to. You get what you pay for.

I contacted Michael for the mole problem in my yard, unfortunately he doesn't cover my area anymore, then he recommended another company which he think is good. I feel Michael is honest person, get back to me really quick. He doesn't afraid of competition, but rather trying to provide help for people. This is very valuable personality which is rare nowadays. That's why I leave 5 stars even though I didn't use ARG mole. Thanks Michael.

Mike is amazing! I found him recommended on FB and he didn't disappoint! I found moles in my yard and they don't go away on their own. Mike was super responsive and knowledgeable. He found the tunnels and managed the captures professionally and quickly. He sent me reports after each visit to let me know of any activity. Mike from ARG Mole Removal is a pro! He came recommended from another pest control company I had used in the past who I respected highly, but they did not deal with moles. I was glad I received that recommendation and called ARG as Mike's skills did not disappoint. I found him very knowledgeable in his trade and happy to share with me his knowledge with the questions I asked him. Mike is highly professional and a great communicator who always kept me updated. Very quickly two moles were trapped in my yard and Mike even shot a little video of the catch! What I also appreciated is that Mike did his best under the circumstances to minimize the destruction of my lawn by not digging all over the place to set the initial traps. Based on my prior experience with moles and another mole removal company I used previously, they did just as much or more damage to my lawn than the actual mole did just to set traps to catch him. After Mike completed his work and the two moles were caught, in my situation you can not notice that my yard was dug to set traps underground.I would highly suggest to anyone requiring mole removal service to call ARG and not bother calling anyone else.
