Imagix - Radiologie Saint-Laurent

My son needed an xray after getting hurt at scholl. We got the request for the xray late and therefor got to the imagix clinic a bit late close to the closing time. The receptionist, Charlotte, at the front was so nice that she accepted to get the xray even if they were about to close. Thnak you from the bottom of my heart and a huge thank you to the technician who did the xray and was so kind as well.Thank you for the great sevice

The receptionists are super friendly, wait time is very reasonable (waited 45min the first time and 5min the second time), staff very friendly and fast.

Disappointed, I tried to book an appointment online, only to be asked to call because it’s a breast ultrasound. Got up early today to call in, waited for 20 minutes only to be passed around 3 times! It’s really unacceptable, they have not even asked me what the appointment is for- just zero customer service. After speaking with the 3rd person, only to find out you cannot book 6 or 7 months in advance because their system has not caught up to date as of yet. What a waste of 30 minutes of my morning. Let’s try this again in 3months!

Been waiting for 3 hours for an x-ray. There are 4 people only. Still waiting and nothing yet. One person came out and said the technician is calling people to know how the machine works. Good luck if you come here

Unfortunately giving a Zero star isn’t an option! Absolutely the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever encountered!! After a call requesting I go back for an ultrasound after my mammogram showed a lesion … I waited 2hrs, asking why everyone was passing before me! They finally took me to the back to prepare and undress and returned another 30 minutes later to say there was an error in booking and they were overbooked and couldn’t do my ultrasound. I was stressed, undressed and had taken time off work and Uber there and back without an exam!! Totally unacceptable! I took my files and will NEVER go there again. 4 Completely incompetent women and not 1 saw an error every time I went up to see why it was taking so long? Something very wrong if they don’t understand the urgency of the ultrasound THEY called to request and the concern a patient has at that point! No compassion, no heart, no professionalism.

Excellent service! I had to go there twice this week for RX for my son and always the people was very nice. The receptionists were so nice and the service was awesome. Highly recommend no doubts.

Excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and the technician, Sandy, who did my 75 year old mother's x-rays was absolutely lovely. Very patient, very kind and super friendly... thank you Sandy for the excellent care!

Probably the worst service Ive seen in my life. The receptionist was impossibly rude with everyone who entered and asked any kind of question. At some point, a line of over 15 people formed waiting for her, for over 20 minutes. A woman politely asked Excuse me

Lina, the receptionist was quick, efficient, professional on top of being one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life! Yosra, the technician who performed the x-ray was also very nice and understanding with our 2-year-old. Outstanding service from those two! Thank you!
