Maple AG recently became a Warranty Centre for Briggs & Stratton products. I am new to Yorkton having moved here from out of province in the early fall.I had purchased a brand new 950 Series snowblower in Nov from a local business and had running issues with it from the outset - just didn't seem to have enough power under load (when throwing snow) - felt like the power was bottoming out even with small amounts of snow. The problem seemed to get worse as I used it several times.I contacted Maple AG, and they quickly looked at it and fixed it - apparently the machine was not properly set up (PDI) lin the first place, so no wonder it was not working correctly. It now runs & operated perfect!!I initiatally contacted them over the phone, and then dealt with 4 different people at Maple AG, all of the individuals were super pleasant to deal with, and had a high interest to help me with getting the machine issues rectified etc. This ended up being a Warranty issue and thankfully covered as such.Maple AG's personnel were awesome to deal with, and they have gained a new customer! Highly recommended business folks!
