Reliable Pest Control
My experience with this company was last summer. Had bees coming into the house through a vent or something. I called their 24hr number in the morning, got to a message centre. Told somebody would call back shortly. A few hours later, called again. Nothing. The next day after I left 3 messages and started getting mad, somebody called back, very nice guy, gave me the info and told to book an appointment. I called back, message centre again!, Left 2 messages ...waited again....and then gave up and went to precision pest control.

Reliable Pest Control
Wonderful service in Uxbridge. Rob has been our service provider for several years. Very reliable. When i called them this year for service though I find they have been bought out and the technicians have been let go. Would love to find out where Rob is working now and see if he could still service my area.

Reliable Pest Control
Had a VERY prompt call from Matt. He was most informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was able to allay our fears as to what we thought was going on and although he could have created a service call, he gave sound advice as a first line of defense! We would DEFINATELY use this company should it become necessary! We felt comfortable with his recommendations and would call on Reliable in the future. Thank you Matt!

Reliable Pest Control
Do not hire this company.They did a horrible job and i still have the same problem. I feel totally cheated. So save yourself the grief and your money. Use another pest control.

Reliable Pest Control
The worst!.. Reliable my ass, three times I called and three times they told me someone would be contacting me and nothing... As for the female who took my call.. you need some schooling when it comes to customer service.. your tone of voice when speaking with me was indicating that I was bothering you? I will never be using Reliable again right across Canada and I will be sure to tell others of my experience..
