I work as a Property Manager in a commercial office building. We had multiple floods in the lower level of our parking garage and consulted a structural engineer. We learned that there were a few large issues with the garage due to cracks in the concrete walls which allowed water to seep in from the outside. The exterior water was pushing the garage walls in. Further, it appeared that the floor drains/pipes underneath were broken, causing the concrete to lift. This was a costly fix, so we wanted it done right. Our structural engineer recommended Corcon Construction.Corcon met on site the same day we called them. They reviewed the projected and met with the structural engineer overlooking the project. Within 48 hours they had the garage walls shored to insure safety and mobilized to site. They had a large team on site with all the equipment needed.The project was complete within 2 months as promised. The experience, skill, organization and man power Corcon provided was impressive. As a member of the property management team of a 15 story apartment building here in Toronto, I was worried over the price and logistics required to repair and resurface the balconies on our rental units.The team at Corcon provided a competitive quote and delivered on what they promised. They were both on-time and on budget. The company had 12 skilled concrete repair men that installed 4 swing stages and conducted all the work. The project took 6 months as originally estimated with no surprises. We were looking into a concrete pool renovation that’s outside our apartment building, I contacted Corcon Construction and spoke with Jakub about having a few sections of our concrete pool repaired. Jakub was very responsive and came out within days to give a free estimate and discuss the process. We contracted to have the work done, and had a specific timeline to keep our renovation project on track. I was pleased with the communication from Corcon regarding possible dates (having to work around the weather). Corcon team came out and did a fantastic job on our outdoor pool we are truly pleased.

Fantastic project lead by Corcon Construction. We needed a very creative solution to stop water from coming into our hydro volt room 50 feet below grade. Most contractors seen the project but could not come up with a solution that they could warranty. Corcon come up with 2 creative options that impressed our engineer and Toronto Hydro. The work was completed as planned with no issues. The team worked 8 night shifts to avoid disturbing our tenants. We highly recommend the professionals at Corcon Construction for any water control needs. A big thank you to Jakub (operations manager) for keeping us updated/ educated on each step of the project. We got progress emails with pictures at 430 am each night.

Our team was concerned about water penetration and falling bricks from our 2-story multi-residential apartment building in Toronto. Corcon laid out a solid action plan with us, at first, they notified all the tenants of the intended work, and raised safety barriers. To fix the issues, they performed brick repair and replacement that matched the building's architecture. We also got better water drainage holes installed. We are contacting Corcon Construction one more time next year for brick restoration of another one of our buildings.

I highly recommend this concrete restoration company! We are a condominium corporation located in Mississauga. Our concrete pool has not been used in over 9 years. Due to the condition, age and large size of the concrete pool most companies did not want to take on the project.Corcon was recommended by the engineer firm. From the first visit to the last, the process was extremely pleasant and professional. They're prompt in responses and provided great education on each step throughout the entire process.The manpower and skill they provided was truly impressive to see. All the board members and tenants are extremely happy with the results.
