Pls note this rates location not staff . I have had medical reasons that bring me there last minute notice so I can’t book ahead and they take walk in.The line is 55 min in am but that’s because there email requisition is always not working I went Monday last week n this week and they had it broken so had to go staples to print it and come back Tuesday. Not staff fault but clinic has no manager to complain or keep place up. There are like 7 nurses working none stop and they good but location is not clean. Bathroom has no working soap I tried...wet toilet paper and huge hole above toilet from water damage.

I received an ECG from a doctor at this location today. While fully undressed from the waist up on the table and hooked up to the machine to my left, she received a knock at the door, answered it, and left to continue her conversation with the person knocking, outside of the room I was being seen in, with the door still entirely open. Not a warning, question, nor an apology was offered during this. I have never been more uncomfortable with a situation in a medical office than in this moment. It was so extremely inappropriate, I am still shocked and appalled to my core. Absolutely devastating experience.

After appointment I have to wait more than hour....No apologies nothing, people are rude at desk, do not have any reason .....I don't understand why health system is so poor in Canada. We will pay rather than this waist health care

The location is totally inappropriate for check ins. They give option for net check in. I did my net check in and my estimated wait time was 27 mins. When I went there after 25 mins, they said that it will still take 1 hour for you to do the blood test. Then what’s the point for us to do check in? They tell us that you need to book appointment, but even appointment is not open for atleast a week. I had even visited other location for lifelabs and dynacare, but they are pretty good with net check in. You atleast secure your spot when you do net check in. But this was the worst experience. Management needs to take proper action to see if the procedure is followed or not. Net check ins should atleast secure the spot between walk in patients. The staff was also so rude. Not at all empathetic. Not only that, the person whose name was mentioned after me in the wait queue, they took them first, but not me. I’m not sure how these people works.

Bathrooms are not well maintained and the staff here doesn’t give you clear instructions. They are all working as if they are busy dealing some other customers but looks like none of the customers get good service here. Having said that got the job done from here

Okay firstly, the people who work there have no professionalism except for the one nurse who drew blood from me and did the ECG. She’s very nice. Other than that the ladies who were in the front, ugh.. then when I came into the room I saw this. Why isn’t there enough staff keeping the place cleanly?

This has to be the worst of all lifelabs location. It's always that either the people aren't working, or the systems. It's terribly unfortuante. Not even a single one of my visits has ever gone smooth with these guys.

Staff were ignorant to patients. They provide a online booking system although still have to wait same time as walk ins. Definitely recommend Dynacare over Life Labs Vodden St.

Checked in to have bloodwork done. Sat for 3/4 of an hour waiting. My name was on their TV screen saying 9 more minutes". Then my name disappeared. I waited a few more minutes but not called in. Checked with staff and they said " you have to wait 1.5 hrs because you're a walkin". What? That's not fair or right. Very disappointed and they didn'ttell me i was bumped until i asked them. If I'm registered to go in I should not be bumped because they are behind in their appointments. Not acceptable for a lab."

On October 24, 2022. Went walk-in for a blood test since couldn't find a suitable time through the booking online. Opens by 7:00 am and I was there by 7:05. No long queues at this time. Handed over the requisition and health card and asked to have a seat. Yes! Unlike the location on Kennedy Rd there's a large waiting room. After 30 minutes my turn came. I am guessing there's at least 7 cubicles. The attendant was professional and drew blood painlessly. Very important feature is there are 2 washrooms inside the business - unlike the Kennedy Rd location. Plenty of parking, elevator to the 2nd floor Vodden St is good! Done within the hour.
