Excellent service!! Blew out a tire on the trailer on a Sunday coming home from camping. After calling all the big tire store with no luck. Southern Alberta towing was able to find us new (used) tires and get us on the road with little delay. Amazing customer service by Connie.

We blew out a tire on the highway on one of the coldest nights of the year. AMA was a 3 hour wait to speak to a human. These guys answered us right away and quoted us a 1.5 hour wait (understandable due to weather conditions). Our service guy (Michael, I believe) came a good 45 minutes EARLIER than we were quoted and was extremely quick in switching to our spare tire. Very friendly and helpful in his advice on driving with my compact spare. Much appreciated. Hopefully we don't need to use the service again, but would call them in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic company, able to help me get my corvette back home without issue. Super easy to load even with it being a very low car…was quick and easy to get on and off the flat deck.Would highly recommend, William is a car guy so he actually cares about your car and making sure to not do any damage.For any towing needs in claresholm (and area) it is absolutely worth the call!

Worst experience ever had with any business. Charged me 800 for a tow 5kms and wouldnt let me dispute the price or anything or they would simply keep my vehicle. Rude beyond any reasonable doubt. Almost worth taking to lawyers. Do not use them no matter what.

I have locked my keys in the truck several times, had a dead battery, broken drive cable and needed an uninsured vehicle towed to the mechanics.Southern Alberta Towing answered every call promptly and efficiently and were there within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and were able to do my AMA paperwork on the spot with nothing else needed from me. Wonderful service and staff.

I got a flat tire at the worst time - hwy 2 on a long weekend Monday! Despite expecting to wait as much as 2 hours Southern Alberta Towing gave me a call as soon as AMA reached out to them to let me know they were on their way and within 30 minutes had arrived, changed my tire, and sent me on my way! I don't remember the driver's name but we was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend this company.

great place, informed me of a place that could fix my broken fuel line plus a discount for being an AMA member!! Koodos, he didn't have to do that and it saved me about $70+highly recommend
