Real Canadian Superstore Dougall Avenue

The store had prebagged coleslaw on sale for $2. reduced from $3.99 shown by a sign on a mobile display. So I bought two. The bags were about to expire within a day.Checked the receipt in my car after putting all the groceries away and realized the the price was not reduced. Went to get the price that was advertised. The cashier doing returns had no problems reducing the price which would of been fine until I asked why they don't put reduced tags on. She commenced by saying that it was MY" responsibility to tell the cashier that the bag was reduced. The coleslaw has no reduce tag on it. So

They have good promo. Products differ time to time. It’s good to shop here for your weekly groceries

They ruined this store. They are so worried about shoplifters they have created a maze you need to go through to enter or leave the store.Other stores do not have to do this, there must be a better way to have security and not make your customers have to deal with this. It totally kills the vibe and atmosphere. This makes Walmart look classy.I stopped shopping here, I want a more enjoyable experience than what they offer now.

I do a lot of my shopping at no frills and I really like the store. Everyone is friendly and the checkout girls they're always happy. If you can't find something just ask them, they're more than happy to help you.

I come here for the 5kg frozen chicken. It's $10-$15, depending on specials. Chicken tastes great even though it's frozen. Produce is mostly fresh/reasonably priced.

A good grocery store to buy food, fruits vegetables, and other household items. Prices are affordable and the store is well arranged. Lots of people were in-store and it was crowded. They have very good varieties and their customer service is excellent. This store will be a go-to any time for my household. There is an opportunity to get PC points and use PC points to buy items here.

I am a frequent shopper at the superstore and have always enjoyed my experience there. However, my recent visit was marred by the behavior of an elderly lady working at the garden center cash register. While she was impolite towards me and my family, she was cordial and friendly with other customers who appeared to be Caucasian. This contrast in treatment was particularly notable when we returned to retrieve a forgotten item shortly after our initial transaction. Despite showing her our receipt and explaining the situation, she accused us of attempting to steal a small item and even requested that another employee search our car.As a regular customer who had just spent a considerable amount of money at the store, I was surprised and disappointed by the employee's actions. The difference in her behavior towards us and other customers based on race is concerning and unacceptable.

as always, a go-to place for our day2day needs. at times a bit pricey but quality stuff & price matching makes it worth going. I also love the food section - sushi and salad!

The Asian skinny young lady with a darker skin tone was extremely rude to me and lied with the store’s product selection when I asked if there’s more options for bath salt except from the ones that are near the cash register , I would highly suggest to avoid this store and maybe go to zehrs or Walmart for their groceries to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience
