When I arrived they informed me that my bladder was not quite full enough, and asked me to drink more water. I am a nursing mother of a 2 month old which must have changed how much water I was needing, and was directed to drink water out of their bathroom tap. I felt quite gross having to drink out of a public washroom sink.

I had to go in to get an ultrasound done, and I get super nervous with medical procedures. Everyone was VERY welcoming, kind, and understanding the entire time. Super friendly environment. I highly recommend coming here if you can.

The Wall St. location staff were very friendly and welcoming. I've never had an ultrasound prior to my visit and I was very pleased with how my visit went. Unfortunately, I forget the name of the technician that helped me but she was very friendly and professional. They clearly run a judgement free zone, I felt very comfortable being in the room with the staff. I was in and out in a timely manner and would definitely go back there should I need another ultrasound. 10/10 recommend this location!

Not a family friendly business.I went into this ultrasound at 19 weeks. I was my first time at this clinic, but this was my sixth ultrasound received. It was very unlike any of my previous experiences at other clinics. My husband and child were refused entry into the room during the ultrasound. As this is the kind of medical procedure that can lead to either good or bad news, I wanted to have support going into this. The ultrasound tech informed me that it was against policy to allow my family into the room, especially children (a one-year-old). If I were a single parent, or my husband was at work, exactly how would I be able to attend the appointment? These policies were posted nowhere in the building and I was not informed of them ahead of time. I explained that it was very important to us to be together as a family - after all, we are welcoming a new family member. The tech insisted I go through the appointment alone. My doctor had told me this very day that I would be able to find out the gender at my ultrasound appointment. I was very excited about this. During my prior pregnancy, I learned the gender at 15 weeks. For this appointment, I was at 19 weeks. The ultrasound tech refused to tell me the gender. I asked the reason, and she said that it was against policy to verbally state the gender before 20 weeks. Fine, I said. Just show us a picture of the baby's bottom and we'll guess. She refused, saying it was against policy. Again, this policy is posted nowhere in the building, does not appear on any website, and I was not informed of it by my doctor or when I called to make my appointment. It is not standard policy of any other ultrasound clinics that I have been to.Had I been informed of this clinic's unusual policies, I would not have booked an appointment there. The ultrasound tech took multiple photos of the baby during the exam. She informed me of this. The photo we were given was our baby essentially cut in half - the baby's lower half, which would possibly have depicted the gender, was cut off. It was the worst photo of the bunch, and clearly selected because of my excitement in finding out more about my child. This experience was unlike any other I've had at other ultrasound clinics. The inability to have my husband and one-year-old involved in the baby's life, the ultrasound tech's monk-like silence during the procedure, and the refusal to share important information about the child I am carrying were things I haven't experienced before. If you are a single parent, don't go here. If your partner is equally interested in the pregnancy, don't go here. If you want to know your child's gender, don't go here. If you want ultrasound pictures that actually show the baby, don't go here. And to the guys who run this place - please tell us ahead of time of your entirely unique and unusual policies. It is unfair to provide an inferior service to other ultrasound clinics without at least letting people know what they're in for. Have whatever policies you want, but don't wait until I'm walking into the room to tell me about them. After you've taken my requisition form, it's not like I can just go to another place.

My appointment was at 0845 and I had to wait until 10 for ultrasound. Not a pleasant experience.

Office staff friendly, but they were going to send me home, saying I did not need a follow up ultrasound for a painful breast. They said 6 months was too soon for another ultrasound despite my GP saying we are going to send you again. The first mammogram and ultrasound identified multiple masses that they thought could be oil cysts. They also said it could be from the reduction I had between 2020-2022. In fact I had the reduction 7 years ago. They threw my GP under the bus saying she probably didn't understand mammos happen yearly, however I was not there for a mammo, it was an ultrasound. When I was able to get thru their thick skull I was having intense pain and felt lumps, they gave the ultrasound reluctantly but pat me on my back saying they were always here if I needed them or had continued pain. They were condescending and I felt frustration having to advocate my purpose to be there.

I have had bad experiences at other ultrasound places. The staff were friendly, inviting, and calm here. The best ultrasound experience I've ever had and I will definitely be back. I avoid these appointments bevause they are uncomfortable and painful. But this was such a good experience. 6/5 stars.
