ABC Party Time Rentals

They keep deleting my reviews. You installed a broken floor on my wedding day. Someone tripped and fell and almost broke their ankle. I’ve asked for the money back for almost a year or at least be compensated

I've been trying to get a hold of ABC. They sent a quote, I've paid them as they requested, but now that they have the funds they haven't responded to any emails and don't answer the phone.

They don't respect other customers and they outside of their area making it difficult for transports

This company is nigh on impossible to get any kind of communication out of.That and surprise Sunday Service" charges upwards of $1000 nowhere mentioned on their website. Really? When do they think events happen?Many many emails go unanswered even though they are clearly opened and read.Very very weird."

They told me they could accommodate my request and then stopped returning calls or picking up their phone the day before the party. They kept telling me they emailed me but I never received anything. It put me in a really tough spot and I still haven't heard from them. I wouldn't risk it with this company again, especially for a bigger party.

If I could, I would give this business zero stars. I filled out the online form and received a quote via email saying that it was not a confirmed order and that someone would get back to me to confirm my order. Because I did the form close to Christmas (Dec 23rd), I assumed that the 48 business hours reply would be longer so I waited 10 days to receive my confirmation. I did not receive a confirmation so I called the business several times but never got an answer. I sent an email asking about the quote and the reply that I received was that they did not have the quote on file and yet, it was assigned a quote number. Luckily, the ABC Rental Place in Cambridge is very well run and organized and extremely helpful so I was able to rent all of my party items from them. I would never use this Kitchener location.

They deleted my last review so I am reposting it. The dance floor at the wedding I attended was separating within 5 minutes of dancing. A seinor almost fell. They refused to fix the floor, won't return calls etc. A bunch of people left the wedding early since we didn't feel safe dancing

The one star is for getting us the rentals we needed in time (not *on* time, but in time) for our wedding. There is next to no communication from this company. They can't be reached before or after they drop the objects off or before they are picked up. When the fellow did drop them off, he rolled up, plopped them on the lawn, and drove away without a word.Pick a different rental company. This one is bush league. I still have rentals in my driveway and don't know when they are being picked up. Cool.

Would give a 0 star if I could.I contacted this company back in January about renting tables and chairs, they sent back a quote and I confirmed that I wanted to book them for my wedding.After sending my deposit, I emailed twice stating I sent a deposit and that I would like a confirmation of my order. They never sent one.Earlier this week I sent them my final payment, a few days laterI emailed asking if we were good to go with my order.After another email and my fiancé calling 3+ times we finally got a response.After reading all of the horrible reviews and talking with other brides that dealt with this company I decided to cancel my order.Do not waste your time with this company, they take forever to respond and are extremely hard to get a hold of.
